The Prana Recuperator/ decentralised MVHR is a quick-to-assemble, smartphone-controlled ( Bluetooth, wi-fi) ventilation system that can solve all of your problems, such as mould, condensation or lack of fresh air! Slav and his team travelled all the way from Surrey to Sheffield to install 4 Prana units in one day. They did an excellent job getting all four units installed in a single day, working until the job was completed and even cleaning up after themselves! The Prana units have definitely improved the air quality in the house - the living room no longer smells fusty. I'm still waiting to see whether they have a significant impact on the humidity in the house. The house is an old Victorian terrace so it might take a while before the humidity levels reduce. In terms of communication and customer service, Slav was excellent at sending through information about the Pranas and the installation process. He shared many pictures and videos of his installations with me which really helped with deciding on going ahead with the install. An excellent company to work with!

I had three prana ventilators installed in my house. We were having problems with condensation and mould especially in one of the bedrooms. Now all the condensation and mould are gone after just few days. The quality of the air inside is amazing. Really happy with our Prana 160 pro mini. We had one unit installed in our finished basement after dealing with some damp issues. The installation just took a couple hours after a site visit was conducted. The unit looks good and has made a big difference to the air quality in our basement. It’s gotten rid of the musty basement smell, and our spare bedroom downstairs no longer has a damp feel to it. The automatic function is perfect at controlling the levels of humidity, and the night mode has been great when we’ve had guests stay, as it stays on the quiet side. Would highly recommend.

I have two prana recuperator units installed last year, and today Mr Slav came to do cleanup/maintenance. After one year of use, I can highly recommend to use these recuperators, because they are very efficient small and most of all do the job which they’re supposed to do. As for Mr Slav, he is really attentive to customer needs, and does his best to install these recuperators to the highest standard.

We have been very impressed with the ventilation units which were installed in four rooms in the back of our house. We are built close to a damp cliff in the mountains and for years have suffered damp air and mould particularly when the house is left empty for more than a day or two. The air quality has improved significantly and when we recently went away for 2 weeks we did not return to the normal damp and mould even though the weather in the UK had been very wet. Our house has very thick slime walls do installation was tricky and we were very impressed with how hard the guys worked to get the units installed. Would definitely recommend.

Although we didn’t have problems with mould our Co2 monitors kept going off due the house being too well sealed causing lack of air flow. The Prana recuperator ventilation system installed by Ecostream has solved the problem. We have 5 units in total and everyone in the house is feeling healthier.

Slav and his colleague provided flawless attention and care to our Prana system installation. It was 8 Ecostream decentralised MVHR Prana 160ERP PRO units, on all four floors of a large Victorian house on the Isle of Man, a long way(and some water between) from Ecostream's UK Surrey base. They were extended customised length 565-585mm units and the project was a challenge, almost on a different planet, including plane ✈️ cancellation of return flight after Slav's 'feasibility study' flight to the Isle of Man. Ferry difficulties during the installers' travels to the island were overcome also, and still Ecostream delivered the product installation and commissioning ontime. Extremely hardworking staff, technically capable and a great product, which is pricey but definitely worth the expense.

A very professional service has been provided to us. First visit they came to do a quote then we book a one day installation. They arrived on time did the job perfectly and leave the house clean like nothing happened. We have now 3 prana units. Our house is not cold and humid as it was before and the mould didn't come back on our walls. I couldn't recommend another company it really worth the price. Me and my husband are very happy. Bathroom, living room and bedroom are now free from mould!

The flat, I'm living in has quite a lot of mould. Which is a nightmare for me, as I have a chest condition. I researched all different types of units to clean the air & stop mould. The Prana unit's are small, they take up virtually no space at all. I've just had 3 installed, about 2 wks ago. They're brilliant, I've had no condensation since they've been installed.

I had 3 Prana ventilation systems installed in my basement flat. I have been really happy with the process of the installation from my first contact to completion. Communication was easy, and I felt they made a real effort to meet with me, view the property, and organise a date that was suitable for me. I live in Bristol and at no point did I feel like an inconvenience to them as they had to travel 3 hours for the job. During the day they worked endlessly, everything went smoothly and they kept me updated with the progress. They were respectful of my property, and made sure I was comfortable with how to use and maintain the vents. It has been an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend them.
