We had three PRANA units installed by Ecostream Ltd in December 2024. Our main concern was poor air quality and high levels of humidity in a Victorian property. From the very outset Vyacheslav and his team were quick to respond to our queries, courteous, prompt, and efficient. There was no mess left after installation and everything was left clean and tidy. We have noticed a huge improvement in air quality and humidity as a result of the installation of the units. Ecosteam installed 6 units in my 1930's house 18 months ago primarily to deal with condensation in bedrooms and damp in a very busy laundry room. The company was easy to deal with, the product was explained well and the installation was done on a timely basis. The Prana units have done exactly what I hoped they would. I no longer have any condensation on our aluminium windows and the unit works well at removing moisture caused by drying clothes. I would highly recommend Ecostream for their professionalism and the Prana units for solving problem condensation and improving air quality as an excellent retrofit ventilation option.

We decided to have 4 prana units installed, primarily to improve ventilation for health reasons. We found Slav to be friendly, informative and efficient. Great product, excellent customer service! We live in a Victorian property and as part of the renovation work we had two prana units installed, one in the new kitchen extension and one in the bathroom. We had condensation and mould issues in our old kitchen and bathroom. The building work included insulation so we were keen to ensure we didn't seal it up to avoid trapping moisture. We have no condensation and the air quality is great! We love that there's no cold draft. Slav went above and beyond explaining the operation of the units and also going out of his way to visit us and ensure installation was just right. Would 100% recommend the company and their products.

A truly professional service from initial survey to final installation of three decentralised MVHR Prano 160 ERP PRO mini ventilation units in a 2 bedroom flat which had problems over many years with condensation and mould. Slav and his colleague demonstrated an efficient and highly flexible approach throughout the entire process. Slav was very customer focused and explained in good clear detail the benefits of the system, its simplicity of operation and the very good design concepts used in the construction of the products. I had researched widely other similar systems but concluded that the Prano units were technically superior and better designed. I was particularly concerned about possible noise and display light levels during the night but found that the night setting was excellent for providing a trickle flow with no audible sound and the display can be either turned off or set to a minimum light level. Other features relating to the simplicity of operation allow you to set and forget the units to continuously operate without daily intervention. Within a few weeks following installation there was a noticeable improvement and after two months operation there is a very significant improvement in the air quality and no signs of condensation or mould throughout the flat. I highly recommend the Prano units and the Ecostream business culture for their excellent customer focus and service provision.

Vyacheslav and his colleague came to install 2 Prana units in my house last March. It’s a new build eco house and very well insulated so requires ventilation to control air quality. From first contacting Ecostream we found Vyacheslav very helpful and knowledgeable, all our questions were answered quickly and courteously. The installation was smooth and considerate of our non- standard build, and we were able to trust that the work was done to a high standard consistent with the building materials used. We have a prana in the bathroom as the only ventilation unit, and one in the kitchen together with a cooker extractor. They work really well keeping the air quality good, taking humidity out whilst maintaining warmth. They also eliminate smells in the house and keep the air fresh. We are considering having more units fitted in other rooms. If we have any questions, Vyacheslav is always happy to reply to messages and advise us. We are really happy with Ecostream and recommend them.

I purchased the EcoStream system for £1,300+ to fix a recurring damp issue in my HMO kitchen (six occupants). Sluv, the seller/manager, inspected my property and assured me his system would solve the issue. Initially, it seemed to work, but when cold weather arrived, my walls became wet, and lumps formed. Sluv advised me to adjust settings to Auto, then Auto Plus, but the issue persisted. When he visited, I showed him that my £150 floor dehumidifier instantly dried the walls, while his system failed. Instead of addressing the failure, he blamed the cold weather, my extractor fan, and the number of people in the kitchen—factors he knew from the start. I tested both units on video: when I switched off EcoStream and used the floor dehumidifier, the walls dried up; when I turned it back on, they became wet again. After I sent him the proof, he blocked me. Verdict: Do Not Buy This system is a waste of money. A £150 dehumidifier works better than this £1,300+ unit, and the seller offers excuses instead of support. Avoid EcoStream at all costs!

We had six Prana 160 ERP PRO mini units installed in our house as part of a complete house renovation. We could not be happier with the outcome. They perform really well. There is not a drop of moisture on any windows, even when drying laundry inside. Interestingly we have found there is no need for the dehumidifier we used to use when drying clothes and clothes dry incredibly quickly even in the current cold weather with no heating on! The night setting is great - I hate background noise and I really do not notice any noise and when the display is turned down there is no light coming from it so the unit really does not disturb your sleep which was one of my concerns before installation. These units were much more economical to install as they did not require the huge amount of building work that a centralised MVHR system requires, and I am anticipating much easier and cheaper to maintain. I was glad we chose this system when I saw the mess and disruption friends installing a centralised system have just endured. Ecostream were very easy to deal with - communication was easy, they answered my MANY questions, were flexible in the dates for the diamond core drilling and then installation to fit around our project and other trades, and Slav made sure he scheduled time with us to show us how to use and clean them when they were installed. Overall, I am a very happy customer.

Slav and his team travelled all the way from Surrey to Sheffield to install 4 Prana units in one day. They did an excellent job getting all four units installed in a single day, working until the job was completed and even cleaning up after themselves! The Prana units have definitely improved the air quality in the house - the living room no longer smells fusty. I'm still waiting to see whether they have a significant impact on the humidity in the house. The house is an old Victorian terrace so it might take a while before the humidity levels reduce. In terms of communication and customer service, Slav was excellent at sending through information about the Pranas and the installation process. He shared many pictures and videos of his installations with me which really helped with deciding on going ahead with the install. An excellent company to work with!

Really happy with our Prana 160 pro mini. We had one unit installed in our finished basement after dealing with some damp issues. The installation just took a couple hours after a site visit was conducted. The unit looks good and has made a big difference to the air quality in our basement. It’s gotten rid of the musty basement smell, and our spare bedroom downstairs no longer has a damp feel to it. The automatic function is perfect at controlling the levels of humidity, and the night mode has been great when we’ve had guests stay, as it stays on the quiet side. Would highly recommend.

After one year of use, I can highly recommend to use these recuperators, because they are very efficient small and most of all do the job which they’re supposed to do. We have been very impressed with the ventilation units which were installed in four rooms in the back of our house. We are built close to a damp cliff in the mountains and for years have suffered damp air and mould particularly when the house is left empty for more than a day or two. The air quality has improved significantly and when we recently went away for 2 weeks we did not return to the normal damp and mould even though the weather in the UK had been very wet. Our house has very thick slime walls do installation was tricky and we were very impressed with how hard the guys worked to get the units installed. Would definitely recommend.

Slav and his colleague provided flawless attention and care to our Prana system installation. It was 8 Ecostream decentralised MVHR Prana 160ERP PRO units, on all four floors of a large Victorian house on the Isle of Man, a long way(and some water between) from Ecostream's UK Surrey base. They were extended customised length 565-585mm units and the project was a challenge, almost on a different planet, including plane ✈️ cancellation of return flight after Slav's 'feasibility study' flight to the Isle of Man. Ferry difficulties during the installers' travels to the island were overcome also, and still Ecostream delivered the product installation and commissioning ontime. Extremely hardworking staff, technically capable and a great product, which is pricey but definitely worth the expense.

A very professional service has been provided to us. First visit they came to do a quote then we book a one day installation. They arrived on time did the job perfectly and leave the house clean like nothing happened. We have now 3 prana units. The flat, I'm living in has quite a lot of mould. Which is a nightmare for me, as I have a chest condition. I researched all different types of units to clean the air & stop mould. I had 3 Prana ventilation systems installed in my basement flat. I have been really happy with the process of the installation from my first contact to completion. Communication was easy, and I felt they made a real effort to meet with me, view the property, and organise a date that was suitable for me. I live in Bristol and at no point did I feel like an inconvenience to them as they had to travel 3 hours for the job. During the day they worked endlessly, everything went smoothly and they kept me updated with the progress.
