On the day of installation all work was completed professionally and to a high standard. The workmen were polite and friendly and answered any questions or concerns that I had. I would recommend them to anyone that was interested in having solar panels installed.

1st Class service from Ecowise, how nice it was to get a visit to measure everything up rather than relying on Google earth, Sales pitch was great and no hard sell and advised on best locations for everything, Scaffold arrived the day before the install and was swiftly put up, install team arrived on the install date given and checked everything over, quickly sorted a couple of minor issues, job completed and commissioned the same day, fitters went through everything and set up the app, scaffold removed next day, very pleased with the whole package offered by Ecowise, Highly recommended them.

After receiving several quotes I decided to go with Ecowise as they were a local Essex firm who visited my property and gave advice as to my set of circumstances. New 4.1 watt solar panels, Fix Inverters, Fix battery fitted out promptly and efficiently and all items no longer required removed from the job.

This was a very competent and helpful installation of solar panels, battery and grid feed. Everything worked first time and the handover was done well. The system has been performing well and the APP has enabled me to monitor and control how things work.

Ecowise carried out a full install of 12 solar panels and battery at my property. From the initial sales visit to completion, the service exceeded expectation. The scaffold was erected the day before, followed by a highly professional team the following day, who completed the entire install of panels, battery and new meters in one day, which also included the removal of the scaffold. Everything was left clean and tidy, with full explanation of the system, apps and controls. Highly recommended!!!

My original supplier had gone into liquidation and my inverter was not working properly. I called Ecowise as they were a Which trusted trader. I had called others but they woul not come out as the had not fitted my original. Les came out and explained everything thoroughly. The comany fitted a new inverter and battery. Everything is working fine now.

Would recommend for clear and simple approach and aftercare. There was one issue which needed to be resolved with a faulty circuit and the communication was continuous and resolved without any issue. Particularly pleased with the clear instructions to register with our energy provider and provision of documentation.

Extremely impressed with Ecowise from start to finish. Les came to give us a quote, he fully explained the system and took into account our electricity usage to customise our requirements. No pushy sales . We agreed a price and a date for installation. The scaffolding came the day before. The installation took just one day and the scaffolding came down the next day. The installation of the battery and inverter in our hall cupboard was very neat and tidy- friendly tradesmen too . The office staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with the details required by the energy company. I have been surprised at just how much electricity we have exported to the grid. Happy days!

We recently had Solar Panels (17), Growatt Inverter and Growatt 6.5KWh Battery, plus all the necessary Electronics, installed by this Company and would like to say that they were First Class in everyway. We would certainly recommend them 100% to anyone looking to have Solar Panels installed now or in the future. All the people involved were excellent at their jobs including :- first phone conversation from a lovely lady in their office, who arranged an appointment with Les (Director) to visit and discuss what options were available, this was a pleasure as he did not use hard sell tactics and was very knowledgeable, my Wife was very keen, but she’s more interested in the fact that she wants to have a Hot Tub, so therefore decided that a couple of extra Panels would be needed to the installation, Barry the Scaffolder arrived prior to installation to erect all the necessary Safety equipment, on the day of installation Danny the Roofer, Chris the Electrician and his apprentice Sonny arrived, they were all very polite, clean and tidy in their work, Malcolm also kept us posted on everything. Best of all, your getting “FREE” Electricity and getting Paid for what you Export to the Grid, helping the Environment, plus, adding Value to your Property. My Wife and myself would like to thank this Company and will probably have some Extra Panels, plus another Battery installed in the very near future.

Having already completed extensive research with lots of other installers, it was refreshing to deal with someone who listened to what we wanted to achieve, rather than what they wanted to sell you. Everything was explained clearly and the price was competitive. We really appreciated the honest feedback and advice given. Very efficient and informative first visit. The best system was suggested and quoted for. Fitting was arranged relatively quickly and carried out very efficiently. The system was up and running immediately and proved very effective. Strongly recommend this company. Other installations carried out for friends to an equal standard.

April last year Ecowise installed an additional 3.6kw, inverter and 6.5kw battery. I already had 3 kw on the south and west facing sides of the house providing 2,500 KW pa. The new panels went on the east facing and after a year they have produced another 2,500 KW. As my total cost for energy including gas has now fallen to a few hundred pounds for the year I am more than satisfied with the system installed by Ecowise. It is important to get a hybrid inverter to allow importing cheap electricity at night during the winter and to export when the highest price is being paid. I only wish that I had more roof space and perhaps a bigger battery.

since having the solar panels and battery's fitted it has cut are bill and on the day of insulation they where polite and professional and all done in one day . they explain very thing to us before leave and making sure any mess was clear away .

My PV meter appeared to be displaying erratic data. A phone call to Ecowise Renewables led to a next-day visit by Malcolm. He was friendly, diligent and proactive in seeking the source of the problem. A new meter was eventually called for which was subsequently replaced by his engineer, who was efficient and very pleasant. I was very impressed with the overall quality of the service, and would not hesitate to recommend Ecowise to others.

We had 15 Vertex S solar panels, two Growatt 6.5KWh batteries and one Growatt Inverter fitted (plus all the control electronics) and have been very happy with the work that was carried out in two days and the solar panel and battery performance in the month since the installation. A few minor niggles: 1/ I would advise that a minimum amount of roof tile disruption is carried out; better to route wires around the barge boards than try and hide them under tiles which may then need further roofing work. 2/ The Growatt monitor app talks to a server in China and it's response time is painfully slow - so that putting a kettle on, for example, does not show up as a kWh load for a few minutes. 3/ The Chinese Growatt server can go down and lose your house's performance data for a day or two.

Ecowise took time to visit us before quoting, unlike several others companies which worked off satellite maps. They explained clearly the work that would be required and also put us in touch with other customers so we could get feedback from them. The work was done in the timeframes agreed. They modified the installation slightly on the day to best suit our house, explaining what they proposed and why. The installation was smooth, the explanation of the app was good and the site was left almost as they found it. The installation team was friendly and efficient and were happy to explain what they were doing at key points when we asked. Finally, the system has operated perfectly in the six weeks or so since it was installed.

We chose Ecowise for a number of reasons, which reviews, accreditation and professionalism. We wanted a local company to easily sort out problems should they occur (there were none). Quote from Lee Reynolds on Tuesday was reasonable and decided to go ahead, on reflection this was a good move because they were one hundred percent good to their word. Scaffolding went up the following bank holiday! Work started on Tuesday 8am and by 3pm they had more or less finished and scaffolding down on Wednesday. Every concern about wiring routing was addressed and apart from looking at the roof or in the under-stairs cupboard, there are no visible signs of the installation, brilliant! To be fair the house layout helped, but they put a lot of work in as well, confirming I'd chosen the right company. Communication before, during and after the job was very good. Since installation we have fed about 420 kWh back to the grid (which we are now getting paid for) and have consumed virtually nothing from the grid over 1.5 months. We used to worry about the children leaving devices on, running around turning everything off the moment it wasn't needed. Now we don’t worry. Do more washing / dishwasher loads, using a lot less gas into the bargain as well by heating water through other means. Only regret is not doing it sooner.
