Our shower cubicle was leaking and the thermostat not working so we decided to replace it completely. Eddie was recommended by a friend, and he provided a quotation with an estimate for the time the work would take. Eddie's team worked out a quicker way of doing the work and cleaned up after every day. The team were professional, reliable, and paid great attention to detail, working in a very confined space, highlighting some errors in the original installation which had been causing us problems which they corrected. The whole job was completed ahead of the expected duration, in December 2025, since when we have regularly used the shower and are really pleased with the quality of their work.

Eddie and the team came to replace and move radiators. They were punctual, knowledgeable and hardworking. I would highly recommend.

Contacted Eddie Plumbing Services on 13 February about fitting a new kitchen mixer tap. Although this was a very small job they were very helpful and booked a visit to do the job on the following Monday. The plumber arrived on time and fitted the tap very quickly. After checking that we were satisfied, he tidied up, leaving no mess when he left. There have been no problems with the tap since it was fitted. Very happy with the work done.

Eddie Plumbing Services team completed a complete refurbishment of our bathroom last autumn, and I am writing this review after seven months of daily use of it by several members of the family. Now that we have found our respective ways of using the bathroom, we are delighted with it even more than we were when the job was completed. Because everything was done to the highest standards in the first place, there have been no problems whatsoever, no leaks, no peeling paint, no creaking flooring. Everything just works as it should, the bathroom is a pleasure to use and very easy to clean. Yet our large bathroom was refurbished in just two weeks, with minimal disruption to family life (it’s an en suite), dust and dirt were meticulously kept under control, and – most welcome – the final invoice matched the initial quote down to the penny. For Eddie’s hard-working team nothing was a problem, Kristian, Gani and Olli always came up with effective solutions and they always smiled. They had all the required skills, from plumbing to tiling/floor laying and carpentry, and there was a specialist electrician too. Eddie himself popped in regularly to inspect the progress, and thanks to his relaxed and friendly nature the atmosphere was always cheerful and positive. Excellent business run by Eddie he made the process easy for me as I had never renovated a bathroom and was doing 3 at once. His team complete the project as one job lot and I was blown away by the workmanship and professionalism. The bathrooms are simply fantastic! Not only this Eddie and all his team members are so nice and took care with my home laying carpet protectors and protection as needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and I will use them again for all plumbing needs as they are truly experts.

I have had 2 projects with Eddie’s team and very happy with their work, a new kitchen then a new bathroom. Their work is very neat and the team is really trustable. I just leave the house to them for one or two weeks then come back to the new renovation. What is even better is when I contacted Eddie for some issues I found after (minor issues, like the colour of the filling, etc.), he always arranged his team to come back to check and adjust as I wanted. Eddie also managed to book me in with very short notice, which is really good. Definitely will use them again.

Found Eddie via Which Trusted Trader. We had an excellent experience with Eddie and his entire team. Eddie helped us design two replacement bathrooms, providing diagrams and talking us through the options. The installation itself was absolutely first class. Every day, the boys arrived promptly, cleaned up in the evening, did immaculate work, and kept us informed of progress. They even worked on Saturday (if convenient for us) to keep things on track. Not the cheapest quote but the cost was fair and more than reasonable given the quality of the result. Highly recommended.

My Potterton boiler was about 30 years old and finally gave up the ghost so I asked for quotes from a couple of firms. Eddie surveyed my heating system. Because I have a power shower and wanted to keep the hot water tank, he suggested a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000 Life boiler. I liked his straight-forward manner and approach and, therefore, accepted his quote which was within my budget. Eddie provides something very important to me – very good value for money as I was to find from the quality of the work done for me. In fact, I cannot speak too highly of the skills shown by Aftab, Soni, Dennis and Oliver. During installation, an issue did arise that could not have been foreseen but this was dealt with, mainly by Soni. I found the pipework to look beautiful and that was mainly down to Dennis, I think. Oliver was the ace electrician and Aftab the guy who checked the work and commissioned the system. During installation I decided to have the radiators on the ground floor replaced plus a towel rail fitted in the bathroom. I could not be happier with the result. Professional, prompt, courteous and clean, 4 of the component that I look for in professional job and all 4 were in abundance with Eddies team and the finished job. From the moment that Eddie came round to quote for the job taking his shoes off to shaking my hand to the finished job the whole process was a breeze. I had no hot water from my shower. Eddie was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, and the boys came out and fitted the new part within a couple of days. Efficient, professional and friendly, EPS are my go-to for any plumbing issues.
