They are kind, professional, highly co-operative and earn trust very quickly. We have old plumbing in the house and the team have been helpful in resolving any issues during the installation

I am so pleased with the work carried out by Eddie and his crew, Communication was excellent and the removal of my old bathroom and the installation of the new was carried out in a professional and impeccable manner. The friendly crew were excellent in their hard work, care and attention to detail and, once the job was finished, left the house in a very clean and tidy state. I am normally doubtful at leaving workmen in the house and going out , but I had no doubts whatsoever with this group of professionals. Thoroughly recommended.

Eddie and his men did a complete refurbishment of our bathroom. They were flexible, helpful, friendly and worked extremely hard, even coping in 24 hours with laying the bathroom floor which was not included in the original job.

From quote to completion, Eddie and his team have been professional, communicative and courteous. They delivered quality in their suggestions, as well as the implementation of the project. It's also worth noting that they left the place spotless and took a real pride in the work being carried out. Due to a mix up with one of the suppliers, Eddie and the team also helped resolve an issue and provide additional materials to complete the job on the original timescales. We would highly recommend Eddie Plumbing services. EPS renovated our en-suite bathroom to a very high standard of workmanship. The team were conscientious, courteous, efficient, and respectful. Due to an issue outside of EPS control, they were very supportive and patient whilst this issue was overcome. Eddie is diligent in his approach to the quality control of the work. Nothing was too much trouble. Eddie is personable and approachable. We are delighted with our bathroom and have asked for further work to be carried out on our property.

One of our radiator valves was leaking because of which the boiler was switching off again and again. Eddie sent his team Soni and Ollie immediately, and they efficiently fixed the valve to perfection. It was not a straightforward job, the valve being very old was jammed and couldn’t be opened. So they drained the radiators, then soldered the valves very neatly. As always am really really satisfied. Eddie has become like a family plumber to me … any issue he is just a phone call away. One other time very recently, we have had his team attend us within minutes of a phone call (at about 9:30pm) during emergency leak from our boiler pipe in loft. Will definitely recommend him. In fact I have already recommended him to few of my friends. Keep up your good work Eddie. What an honest and hardworking team. All the best. 🙂

Eddie and his team formed a new bathroom in my house in Reading. I have used EPS in the past and Eddie is very easy to work with. His team are friendly and professional, and the workmanship is consistently of a high standard. I'm very pleased with the new bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to recommend highly.

I have used Eddie Plumbing services for over 10 years and have never had any issues, I've replaced a boiler, a bathroom, moved a different boiler, the list is endless. Eddie and his team and friendly, efficient, clean and tidy and I trust them which is key. Of course, they are great plumbers and always try to make time in their busy schedules to come and help out with emergencies. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Eddie and his team were extremely friendly and hard working. They always kept us in the loop and were very punctual. For our bathroom we required 2 solid block walls knocking down and rebuilt with a new door for the bathroom as well as a complete strip back to the bones clearance of the existing bathroom. Eddie was a perfect all-in-one service for the works including new electrics and water in/outs. The finish is spot couldn't have asked for better. Eddie also was very diligent when spotted a hairline crack on our delivered shower tray he was able to get a replacement (from a different source) in a few days not to delay the project. Would highly recommend. Will be using in the future.

Eddie and his team did our bathroom in September 2020. They removed the old tiles and suite and did all the work to fit a new bathroom, tiles and painting. The team were excellent, very professional with good communication. They ensured we were happy with everything when the job was completed.

Eddie and his team refitted my bathroom completely. Bath out, new shower enclosure, new hot water tank, loo had to be moved, cupboard rebuilt. Then the whole bathroom was tiled and woodwork painted. They did a terrific job. Everything neat and tidy and properly finished. Eddie was great, with helpful advice and suggestions, and good communications, when we needed to make changes. His team were friendly, reliable and efficient. The tiling in particular is fantastic. The new shower is absolutely great. Thank you Chris and Oli and the whole team. And, of course, Eddie😊. We had used Eddie and his team recently for reinstalling our entire bathroom ....and was so pleased with their work, that when we had to install a new boiler in our house, our choice was definitely them. We had a traditional back boiler and wanted to change it into a combi boiler. Again Eddie and his team did a wonderful job. They hardly took any break, worked really hard and were dedicated, had thorough and proficient knowledge and would always happily and willingly go an extra mile. Amazing amazing team!!!
