We had used Eddie and his team recently for reinstalling our entire bathroom ....and was so pleased with their work, that when we had to install a new boiler in our house, our choice was definitely them. We had a traditional back boiler and wanted to change it into a combi boiler. Again Eddie and his team did a wonderful job. They hardly took any break, worked really hard and were dedicated, had thorough and proficient knowledge and would always happily and willingly go an extra mile. Amazing amazing team!!! Due to an issue outside of EPS control, they were very supportive and patient whilst this issue was overcome. Eddie is diligent in his approach to the quality control of the work. I contacted Eddie as my tenant who is renting my apartment complained about the hot water not working anymore so I kindly asked Eddie to check the issue. It turned out I needed a new boiler. unfortunately, I was in Italy so I let Eddie completely deal with the situation. The job was a complete bathroom refurbishment, including walls, floors and ceiling. The installation was done in a timely fashion and I was kept informed of the schedule. Eddie's team were great and worked efficiently and to a high standard, and cleaned up after every day. The whole job was completed on time and on budget, despite the Bank Holiday weekend. As a Which customer we decided to find a Bathroom installation company from Which. We came across Eddie Plumbing Services because they were local. We were also given another recommended company but from our first meeting with Eddie and liasing with Bonnie in his office we felt we could work better with them. Their team and the installation was 10/10. The team were polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Our house was left clean during and after the installation. The bathroom looks great to us we're very happy with it. Tnd final price was over the budget we set for ourselves but well worth it.

Professional, prompt, courteous and clean, 4 of the component that I look for in professional job and all 4 were in abundance with Eddies team and the finished job. From the moment that Eddie came round to quote for the job taking his shoes off to shaking my hand to the finished job the whole process was a breeze. Eddies team were all very professional at all times and resolved a couple of small issues without argument. Eddie was happy to supply labour only on the basis that I sourced the major bathroom components including the tiles. 2 of the other contractors who tendered for the work would only work on a supply and fit basis only.
