EPS did our bathroom and new heating system. They have been top class - a few minor problems since installation were ironed out without any delay or charges as others might try to do - I have found them to be consistently top class.

EPS did a lovely job tiling and installing my new bathroom. They worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves every day. I’m very pleased and now I know where to go for any plumbing jobs I may need in the future.

Eddie and his team were extremely friendly and hard working. They always kept us in the loop and were very punctual. For our bathroom we required 2 solid block walls knocking down and rebuilt with a new door for the bathroom as well as a complete strip back to the bones clearance of the existing bathroom. Eddie was a perfect all-in-one service for the works including new electrics and water in/outs. The finish is spot couldn't have asked for better. Eddie also was very diligent when spotted a hairline crack on our delivered shower tray he was able to get a replacement (from a different source) in a few days not to delay the project. Would highly recommend. Will be using in the future.

One of our radiator valves was leaking because of which the boiler was switching off again and again. Eddie sent his team Soni and Ollie immediately, and they efficiently fixed the valve to perfection. It was not a straightforward job, the valve being very old was jammed and couldn’t be opened. So they drained the radiators, then soldered the valves very neatly. As always am really really satisfied. Eddie has become like a family plumber to me … any issue he is just a phone call away. One other time very recently, we have had his team attend us within minutes of a phone call (at about 9:30pm) during emergency leak from our boiler pipe in loft. Will definitely recommend him.
