Failed to install a Bathstore bathroom to design. They rushed the work and did not even tile properly. After the remedial works, to attempt to rectify the poor finish, were carried out by Eddie Plumbing Services the bathstore did agree to re-fit the bathroom as the work was so poor!

Dear Mr Moor ,we only will follow the plans which was given by the store , We have follow the design as per the plan we was given , We both know there was a issue with delivery when we started your bathroom and you was angry at the time with bathstore, We both know at the time you was up and down with the installation Manager for the delivery,spot lights we had 6 on the plan but store said to you 7,we removed your existing towel rail and fitted back exactly how it was but you saying it was a cup missing but that’s how boys did find it , I have been speaking during the installation with your Mrs and she was happy with everything to the end , Because you said store told you different it’s out of my power as there is an Installation Manager to deal with this issue and not me , We can only do what we was told and we 100% has followed the plans which was given to us , I understand your frustration but I think it’s unfair to take it on us as a fitter , We did come back and did the snagging which you was not happy and as far as per installation manager it was all do I know you wanted compensation from the bathstore ,that’s between you and them,I can’t comment on that As you can see we are member of which and we do take priority of our customers And we are happy to respond to any issues on our jobs that’s what makes Eddie Plumbing Services stands out We are sorry you are not pleased with our service but we wish you all the best Many Thanks Eddie Plumbing Services

I came across Eddie Plumbing Service on Which? Trust Traders when I needed a toilet seat replacing. I was able to get an initial appoint the same evening I called. He was not able to replace it the first time, as had a more unusual toilet, so a second appointment was arranged the following week. It was nice that we was able to give a specific time, rather than a vague time range. He arrived to the second appoint on time and provided a polite and friendly service. I'd call again if need be.

They fitted a new bathroom. All the workmen were very competent, a pleasure to have working in the house and cleaned up perfectly each day. They were extremely helpful when we needed advice on materials and fittings. We were extremely pleased with all their work.

Eddie and his team did our bathroom in September 2020. They removed the old tiles and suite and did all the work to fit a new bathroom, tiles and painting. The team were excellent, very professional with good communication. They ensured we were happy with everything when the job was completed.

Bathroom designed by bathstore who supplied the goods. Eddie Plumbing Services did the rest. Excellent work, good advice, sensitive to recently carpeted stairs and landing. Worked extremely hard to complete within 2 week window having been hampered by BathStores over zealous deliveries. Two small issues with cabinet alignment and cosmetic sealant around toilet pan both quickly coerrected. Gladly use them again

Eddie's team worked together well and were a pleasure to have in our home. As one expects with an Edwardian house, various issues arose as work progressed, but they always checked with us first as to how we wanted things done. Despite these added complications, Eddie Plumbing Services completed the job on schedule and within their original competitive quote. I can strongly recommend the company to others.
