Eddie and his team formed a new bathroom in my house in Reading. I have used EPS in the past and Eddie is very easy to work with. His team are friendly and professional, and the workmanship is consistently of a high standard. I'm very pleased with the new bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to recommend highly.

I am so pleased with the work carried out by Eddie and his crew, Communication was excellent and the removal of my old bathroom and the installation of the new was carried out in a professional and impeccable manner. The friendly crew were excellent in their hard work, care and attention to detail and, once the job was finished, left the house in a very clean and tidy state. I am normally doubtful at leaving workmen in the house and going out , but I had no doubts whatsoever with this group of professionals. Thoroughly recommended.

EPS responded promptly, site meeting and quotations were good and the timescale of install of a new staff bathroom was exactly as stated. As a busy manufacturing site of 45 years, to source a professional company such as EPS is important as the installers were polite, efficient. Always respecting the H&S in working around a busy site with no interruptions to the manufacturing process. We will regularly rely upon EPS to do further works.

Eddie Plumbing Services have just finished a complete refurbishment of our bathroom, and we are absolutely delighted with the result. Everything was done to the highest standards in just two weeks, the disruption to our family life was minimal (it was an en suite bathroom!), dust and dirt were meticulously kept under control, and – most welcome – the final invoice matched the initial quote down to the penny. We much appreciated that for Eddie’s hard-working team, nothing was a problem, even if some of our ideas created technical challenges (there was a rather unconventional Turkish toilet/bidet to install, the vanity unit we ordered was too big and had to be cut to size, and we changed our minds once or twice while work was already underway). Kristian, Gani and Olli always came up with effective solutions and, even at the end of a long day, they always smiled. They had all the required skills, from plumbing to tiling/floor laying and carpentry, and there was a specialist electrician too. Eddie himself popped in regularly to inspect the progress, and thanks to his relaxed and friendly nature the atmosphere was always cheerful and positive. It was actually a real pleasure to have these nice guys in the house. We are thrilled with our gleaming new bathroom and can thoroughly recommend Eddie’s company and his professional and pleasant team. Thank you!

I had a burst pipe in my kitchen and called EPS. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and got the job done efficiently. The plumber was professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Really appreciated the fast and reliable service. Highly recommend!

External Water softener replaced. No fuss, no mess and on time. Excellent quality of workmanship. Very helpful, polite and informative.

Eddie and the team came to replace and move radiators. They were punctual, knowledgeable and hardworking. I would highly recommend.
