My Potterton boiler was about 30 years old and finally gave up the ghost so I asked for quotes from a couple of firms. Eddie surveyed my heating system. Because I have a power shower and wanted to keep the hot water tank, he suggested a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000 Life boiler. I liked his straight-forward manner and approach and, therefore, accepted his quote which was within my budget. Eddie provides something very important to me – very good value for money as I was to find from the quality of the work done for me. In fact, I cannot speak too highly of the skills shown by Aftab, Soni, Dennis and Oliver. During installation, an issue did arise that could not have been foreseen but this was dealt with, mainly by Soni. I found the pipework to look beautiful and that was mainly down to Dennis, I think. Oliver was the ace electrician and Aftab the guy who checked the work and commissioned the system. During installation I decided to have the radiators on the ground floor replaced plus a towel rail fitted in the bathroom. I could not be happier with the result. Eddie Plumbing Services team completed a complete refurbishment of our bathroom last autumn, and I am writing this review after seven months of daily use of it by several members of the family. Now that we have found our respective ways of using the bathroom, we are delighted with it even more than we were when the job was completed. Because everything was done to the highest standards in the first place, there have been no problems whatsoever, no leaks, no peeling paint, no creaking flooring. Everything just works as it should, the bathroom is a pleasure to use and very easy to clean. Yet our large bathroom was refurbished in just two weeks, with minimal disruption to family life (it’s an en suite), dust and dirt were meticulously kept under control, and – most welcome – the final invoice matched the initial quote down to the penny. For Eddie’s hard-working team nothing was a problem, Kristian, Gani and Olli always came up with effective solutions and they always smiled. They had all the required skills, from plumbing to tiling/floor laying and carpentry, and there was a specialist electrician too. Eddie himself popped in regularly to inspect the progress, and thanks to his relaxed and friendly nature the atmosphere was always cheerful and positive. Having these nice guys in the house was a real pleasure. After six months of using the bathroom, we can thoroughly recommend Eddie’s company and his professional and pleasant team. Thank you!

Heard about Eddie and his team through word of mouth. He gave a good quote and took me through the process of ordering and working out the design of the large upstairs bathroom. Also a brand new high tech boiler was installed with all the pipe work. Eddie and his team did a brilliant job, paid close attention to detail and was very imaginative working round the issues that come with installing a bathroom and boiler in an old house. Installation of full bathroom suite, walk in shower, all tiling, installation of recessed spot lights, extractor fan (photo attached) and installation of brand new boiler with all tech installed and pipe work. They worked super efficiently and thoroughly to complete the job in the timeframe that was communicated from the outset and spot on to budget. Eddie's team were hard-working, punctual and super friendly. I recommend them to my neighbours and to you, and will use them again.

They arrived on time, completed the work as discussed. Very good courtesy service. Spotted some other small issues in bathroom, and they came back to finish the work next day and fixed all issues. Excellent team work and they provided good suggestions on buying showers and taps.

I have used Eddie Plumbing services on a couple of occasions. The first time was replacing the whole heating systems including the radiators in our 6 bedroom house in Ascot. Eddie has done a great job and kept to the timescales agreed. The team was very friendly and polite and pleasure to deal with.
