Professional, prompt, courteous and clean, 4 of the component that I look for in professional job and all 4 were in abundance with Eddies team and the finished job. From the moment that Eddie came round to quote for the job taking his shoes off to shaking my hand to the finished job the whole process was a breeze. Eddies team were all very professional at all times and resolved a couple of small issues without argument. Eddie was happy to supply labour only on the basis that I sourced the major bathroom components including the tiles. 2 of the other contractors who tendered for the work would only work on a supply and fit basis only. I have contacted Eddie as my current tenant had no hot water running in the flat. As I live in Italy I completely trusted Eddie to take care of the issue from start to finish. First of all, Eddie had an inspection done to the flat to see what the problem is. Once inspected he realised the boiler was no longer working and was beyond repair. I received a call from Eddie advising me on a solution to the problem and once we had agreed on the options I had we then agreed to go ahead and replace the boiler with a new one. The boiler installation took place with no hiccups and is now running with no issues at all I, therefore, recommend Eddie with no hesitation.

I contacted Eddie as my tenant who is renting my apartment complained about the hot water not working anymore so I kindly asked Eddie to check the issue. Last week I came home to water everywhere and a huge hole in my daughters ceiling - 80l of water had come through from the loft due to an eroded metal water tank. We couldn’t live at home it was so bad. After the insurers let us down, I called Eddie and they attended and completed the work in 24 HOURS!!!!! I am so pleased with the work carried out by Eddie and his crew, Communication was excellent and the removal of my old bathroom and the installation of the new was carried out in a professional and impeccable manner. One of our radiator valves was leaking because of which the boiler was switching off again and again. Eddie sent his team Soni and Ollie immediately, and they efficiently fixed the valve to perfection. It was not a straightforward job, the valve being very old was jammed and couldn’t be opened. So they drained the radiators, then soldered the valves very neatly. As always am really really satisfied. Eddie has become like a family plumber to me … any issue he is just a phone call away. One other time very recently, we have had his team attend us within minutes of a phone call (at about 9:30pm) during emergency leak from our boiler pipe in loft. Will definitely recommend him. In fact I have already recommended him to few of my friends. Keep up your good work Eddie. What an honest and hardworking team. All the best. 🙂

Eddie and his team were extremely friendly and hard working. They always kept us in the loop and were very punctual. For our bathroom we required 2 solid block walls knocking down and rebuilt with a new door for the bathroom as well as a complete strip back to the bones clearance of the existing bathroom. Eddie was a perfect all-in-one service for the works including new electrics and water in/outs. The finish is spot couldn't have asked for better. Eddie also was very diligent when spotted a hairline crack on our delivered shower tray he was able to get a replacement (from a different source) in a few days not to delay the project. Would highly recommend. Will be using in the future.

Eddie and his team refitted my bathroom completely. Bath out, new shower enclosure, new hot water tank, loo had to be moved, cupboard rebuilt. Then the whole bathroom was tiled and woodwork painted. They did a terrific job. Everything neat and tidy and properly finished. Eddie was great, with helpful advice and suggestions, and good communications, when we needed to make changes. His team were friendly, reliable and efficient. The tiling in particular is fantastic. The new shower is absolutely great. Thank you Chris and Oli and the whole team. And, of course, Eddie😊. We had used Eddie and his team recently for reinstalling our entire bathroom ....and was so pleased with their work, that when we had to install a new boiler in our house, our choice was definitely them. We had a traditional back boiler and wanted to change it into a combi boiler. Again Eddie and his team did a wonderful job. They hardly took any break, worked really hard and were dedicated, had thorough and proficient knowledge and would always happily and willingly go an extra mile. Amazing amazing team!!! Failed to install a Bathstore bathroom to design. They rushed the work and did not even tile properly. After the remedial works, to attempt to rectify the poor finish, were carried out by Eddie Plumbing Services the bathstore did agree to re-fit the bathroom as the work was so poor!

I needed a replacement outside tap fitted. The existing tap leaked. I installed it myself, many years ago, but it had seized up and I no longer have the strength or inclination to remove it. Eddie and his team recently installed my bathroom! Couldn't be any happier with their job and over all customer experience. Their advice on the bathroom products turned out to work better than what we had originally planned. Overall excellent service, highly efficient, professional and go the extra mile (unexpected). Heard about Eddie and his team through word of mouth. He gave a good quote and took me through the process of ordering and working out the design of the large upstairs bathroom. Also a brand new high tech boiler was installed with all the pipe work. Eddie and his team did a brilliant job, paid close attention to detail and was very imaginative working round the issues that come with installing a bathroom and boiler in an old house. Installation of full bathroom suite, walk in shower, all tiling, installation of recessed spot lights, extractor fan (photo attached) and installation of brand new boiler with all tech installed and pipe work. They worked super efficiently and thoroughly to complete the job in the timeframe that was communicated from the outset and spot on to budget. Eddie's team were hard-working, punctual and super friendly. I recommend them to my neighbours and to you, and will use them again.

Eddie and his team did a brilliant job carrying out a complete bathroom refit which included the installation of a new whirlpool bath/shower, toilet, a wall hung basin unit & other accessories, floor to ceiling tiling, installation of recessed spot lights and painting of the ceiling. They worked super efficiently and thoroughly to complete the job in the timeframe that was communicated from the outset and spot on to budget. No corners were cut as the final result was to a high standard. Eddie's team were hard-working, punctual and super friendly. I have no hesitation recommending him to others and I hope to engage him on other projects in the near future.

Some of the radiators in my home were noisy, and running hot and cold at the same time. Like others, I came across Eddie's Plumbing Services through Which and explained the problem to Eddie. An appointment was made - no call out charge mentioned, although I was expecting this. The boiler, radiators and thermostat were all checked. Boiler and thermostat were OK. A powerflush was recommended and after consideration, accepted. Arrangements were made for the work to be done and I am very pleased with the results. I am very happy to have found such a friendly and approachable, professional. I did not feel any pressure to use his services even though they spent a good amount of time checking the system and answering my many questions. I would confidently recommend Eddie's Plumbing Services

Emi, Eddie, and his mates did a fantastic job on the project. They worked very hard to get it done to a high standard. They installed the toilet pipe in a wrong position by mistake but they were willing to remove it and redo it even it would cost more time. Now my wet room looks perfect. The project took longer than expected due to the availability mismatch between us. It would be much better if we both agreed a time range before the project was started. Overall, I am very happy with their work, and really appreciate their help.

I came across Eddie Plumbing Service on Which? Trust Traders when I needed a toilet seat replacing. I was able to get an initial appoint the same evening I called. He was not able to replace it the first time, as had a more unusual toilet, so a second appointment was arranged the following week. It was nice that we was able to give a specific time, rather than a vague time range. He arrived to the second appoint on time and provided a polite and friendly service. I'd call again if need be.
