Just had a new boiler fitted and a few other jobs done by Nick. Very professional, organised, talked me though how to work system etc, arranged a scaffolder for a very awkward job, price seems very reasonable. Would recommend and use again.

We contacted Nick as we needed to replace our very old boiler. From the very start Nick was extremely knowledgeable and carefully explained to us the best options of boiler for our requirements. On the day he started work he was punctual and firstly made sure he protected all of the carpets around the work area from any dirt and debris etc. He was very thorough and competent throughout the job and kept me informed with the various sequences involved as well as keeping things tidy. On completion of the installation, Nick then carefully demonstrated the boiler program and talked us through the user manual with attention to detail. I highly recommend Edwards Heating to anyone as he showed total commitment to his work and to me, the customer.

We needed an older boiler and water softener replaced by modern ones. The work was done professionally and to what looks like a high standard. It was carried out over 4 days and the odd tweaks and modifications to what was originally planned were dealt with easily. Nick was knowledgeable and able to explain what was going on clearly to a non-expert. Overall a first class service and very happy with what has been installed.

Recently moved to Bristol & had to renew the central heating boiler & radiators throughout the house. We were fortunate to have had Nick Edwards recommended to us. He has three great qualities - an ability to understand quickly what is required; a natural communication style combining his knowledge of systems & materials with what his customers need to get to grips with; a sense of duty which makes him fit in the odd urgent call to satisfy a customer if something does not appear to be right. Nick installed a Nest thermostat and performed a boiler service for us in our new (to us) house. The original installation was a little fiddly but Nick made fast work of it and careful explanation of how it all works. Service revealed a couple of issues that required fixing. Parts were sourced and Nick was ready to be back within a few days. Very tidy work, extremely knowledgable. I’ve saved Nick’s number on my phone ready for the next job.
