Nick installed a Nest thermostat and performed a boiler service for us in our new (to us) house. The original installation was a little fiddly but Nick made fast work of it and careful explanation of how it all works. Service revealed a couple of issues that required fixing. Parts were sourced and Nick was ready to be back within a few days. Very tidy work, extremely knowledgable. I’ve saved Nick’s number on my phone ready for the next job.

Nick, replaced the central heating system in our flat and was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. Also he did a few minor jobs as well at no extra cost. When he came to assess the job and give the quote, it was obvious he knew his trade and was very helpful explaining what the change of the whole system (including radiators) would entail. I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

I booked Nick to service a very old gas fire which had not been used for at least 13 years. He arrived promptly and was very pleasant. He examined the fire thoroughly to check that it would still be safe and legal to use before going ahead with the servicing. He also gave me some good tips and advice. The charge was reasonable. Will definitely call Nick when I need a gas engineer again.

Contacted Nick after being let down by my boiler installer several times. Nick was very honest with regards to how busy he was and that he was booked for several weeks however he still made the time to come around and look at what was needed to be done.He had a cancellation and was able to install the fire just over a week later after his first visit. He kept me updated as to his expected arrival and informed me of any delays. The price I was quoted was as expected and there was no hidden extras or charges. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. He did a first class job, very clean and tidy and respectful of my home. I would thoroughly recommend him, he is reliable, efficient and his communication skills are second to none! He's an absolute star !
