Edwin turned up when he said he was going to and finished within the time he quoted. He was always friendly and helpful, and pleased to help in any way he could. With a project like this there are bound to be issues to resolve which he did every time. Whenever I asked for a change he was willing and did it promptly. He oversaw all of the project bringing in bricklayers, electrician, plasterers etc whenever he needed them. He was also quite strict that other people doing jobs for him did them completely satisfactorily. He worked to the architects plan and conformed with building regulations working closely with the overseeing inspector. I was not aware that he could also have sourced and fitted the kitchen but I had already appointed another kitchen company, with hindsight I would have preferred him to do the whole job.

This work was carried out in a very professional manner from start to finish. We had reconstruction work which involved removing steels and replacing them with larger steels, this was completed successfully and all walls and ceilings replaced. The Kitchen was re-wired and new fuse box fitted. Kitchen units and plumbing work were completed to a very high standard. This building company were very clean and tidy after each shift, the building work was completed in the agreed time scale and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

The project involved the construction of a single-storey rear extension, and two-storey front extension to a 190-year-old timber-framed Essex cottage. The work was complex and included a number of knock throughs into the existing house, which remained occupied throughout. Edwin gave me a fixed price for the project prior to commencement. He started the project on the agreed date and charged a fair price for all of the changes that we added once he was on site. The quality of Edwin's work is first-rate, and he has a very friendly demeanour. It was such a successful project that I have already used Edwin on another house that I own.

The job was to construct a single storey extension containing a lounge / dining area with large bay windows and a wet room. Very pleased indeed with the final product. Our needs were quite complex but all challenges were met. We were kept informed throughout and any issues were discussed with us and expert advice was given. The job required several specialists, who were all of a high standard and who were managed very effectively by the project manager. Everybody involved on site was polite and friendly. The job was completed to the agreed price and any subsequent minor post job niggles were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. We would have no hesitation in recommending this organisation to others and at the time of writing, we are indeed asking them to quote for a future project ourselves.

Edwin built an excellent, spacious one bedroom annexe (72 SqM) from January to April 2018 (12 weeks), to time and budget. The separate, timber framed, barn-style annexe comprises large living room with patio doors, high quality kitchen, utility room, bathroom, bedroom and dressing room. All the work was done to a very high quality. Edwin built and finished the complete structure, and professionally co-ordinated the plumber, electrician, roofer, plasterer as required - they all turned up on time and did a good job. He installed a beautiful kitchen and breakfast bar, as well as building cupboards where required. Communication was always clear and he made helpful suggestions and was prepared to go the extra mile if required. He kept the site tidy throughout, and left it in good condition. We would have no hesitation in recommending Edwin for a range of domestic building work.
