I needed an emergency call out to plumb in a washing machine as Argos's service engineers left my machine in the middle of the kitchen floor. Whilst they had declared they only had 10 minutes per delivery and installation and mine was proving too tricky to complete, Phil was AMAZING! He arrived within the hour and had the whole thing sorted within 15 minutes. I immediately booked him in for a service on my boiler next week. He is efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced. Look no further - this is the company you want.

Phill came to service my boiler. I chose him because he's a Worcester specialist. He performed loads more checks than previous technicians, cleaned the filter, and even fixed a wonky tap at my kitchen sink while we were chatting. Super nice guy, excellent service, clearly knows his business, no fuss and reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

After numerous plumbers and boiler issues over the years, Phill immediately identified the issues we were having and fitted a Worcester Bosch boiler 2 yrs ago and regularly serviced . I’ve known Phil for many years and used him many times without incident. Recently, my boiler broke and I called him to fix it. He came 4 times over a few days and I paid him £90 for the repair and £120 for a new maintenance contract. He insisted and always has done for cash. The boiler wasn’t repaired and I didn’t receive any paperwork for the maintenance contract. I have attempted contact via voicemail and text many times since, but he simply refuses to make any contact. I am out of pocket by £210 and had to get another company to come fix it for over £400.

The previous owners of our house left Phill's business card attached to the boiler and we're bloody glad they did. Phill came round to fix a leaking combi boiler and did the service on top at a great price. Left the broken part with us zip locked up so that we could price check and know what had broken. Highly recommended.

Following a recent house move, the dreaded 'boiler problems' started with issues with temperature control of the water, and difficulties with our shower. After a few too many cold showers and lots of frustration, I called for some help! Phill, who fitted our boiler at our old house, came to the rescue! Not all hero's wear capes. Just like our previous experience, Phill was quick to respond, really friendly and professional. Luckily, Phill booked us in, diagnosed the problem, fitted our new shower, and serviced our boiler. A swift resolution. He was knowledgeable and experienced, which always speeds up the process. Phill was really considerate too, taking his shoes off and tidying up after his work, which is always a bonus in my eyes. Great value, great service and I would highly recommend his services. Phil upgraded my boiler and moved it into an airing cupboard, he did a really neat job of it and was happy to adapt to my various requests regarding awkward pipe/cable placements. He even went the extra mile to help me adjust some other radiator pipes around the house which wasn't related to the original quote. On top of that he's a really nice guy and very approachable. I'd be happy to hire him again for any future work.

We knew our boiler couldn't be fixed. Phill came out very quickly to give an estimate, was open to discussion about models, specs, etc, suggested a good quality replacement with a 12 year guarantee at a great price. Labour costs were very low, especially considering the excellent quality of the installation. He managed to source and install the boiler at very short notice, arrived at the agreed time and was honest and professional throughout. Very happy with the experience from start to finish.

Our boilers were old and no longer maintainable, together with a heating system that, never quite worked right; some rooms in the house were always cold. Phil came up with a solution to upgrade the boilers and modify the pump system to alleviate the problems. Installed in accordance with an agreed plan, no delays, no excuses, just a neat installation, that works!

I contacted Phill about problem with water pressure and a faulty shower pump. He explained the options and we agreed he would install a new cylinder. I received the quote promptly and he was very easy to communicate with. He was polite and friendly on the day of the work and kept everything tidy and clean. He explained everything and also let me know when there was a minor issue with wiring. He followed that up later, again efficiently and with good communication. The new cylinder is great and all work was done to the agreed budget so no surprises. I really can't fault Phill and will very happily recommend him.

We obtained the company name from Which trusted traders. We liked the reports customers had sent in and also liked the fact that Phillip lived quite near us. First of all he serviced our boiler and after a helpful discussion about heating we asked him to replace 3 of our radiators, sort out some knocking pipes and fit thermostat valves on others. He and his apprentice worked quickly, tidily etc and did a very good job. Phillip is reliable and an excellent communicator. We would definitely endorse all the good reports made about him and be very happy to recommend him to others.

Phil did my boiler 3 years ago and comes each year to give it a service. He’s my plumber of choice and has replaced various waste pipes for me too. Today he bobbed round and has now replaced my electric shower. I can’t recommend him highly enough! Tidy worker too and a really nice chap.
