Phill came to service my boiler. I chose him because he's a Worcester specialist. He performed loads more checks than previous technicians, cleaned the filter, and even fixed a wonky tap at my kitchen sink while we were chatting. Super nice guy, excellent service, clearly knows his business, no fuss and reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I needed an emergency call out to plumb in a washing machine as Argos's service engineers left my machine in the middle of the kitchen floor. Whilst they had declared they only had 10 minutes per delivery and installation and mine was proving too tricky to complete, Phil was AMAZING! He arrived within the hour and had the whole thing sorted within 15 minutes. I immediately booked him in for a service on my boiler next week. He is efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced. Look no further - this is the company you want.

I found Phill's company on the Which Trusted Traders site, and cross-checked with other sites including the Worcester Bosch gas engineers. I was impressed by his reviews and so I included him when asking for quotes to supply and install a new boiler. Phill responded to my request quickly, even though it was a weekend. He answered all my questions, inspected the existing boiler setup using photos, and gave me a fair and competitive price detailing the work covered. It was easy to arrange a date that suited me without having to have time off work, he confirmed ahead of the day, and he turned up on time. Nice chap, was a pleasure to have in the house, didn't cause any concern or make me feel uneasy in any way - he got on with the job, stopped for a natter a few times (even made a fuss of the cat). Even sealed a dripping radiator valve at no charge. He explained the new boiler setup, went through the commissioning paperwork and made sure I was happy. Left the area clean and tidy. I received all the WB warranty registration very quickly and a few days later Phill sent a proper VAT invoice for BACS payment for the agreed amount. I'm sure if I have any problems, Phill will be happy to advise. Happy to leave a 5-star review and would definitely recommend and use again.

I had a big job for Phill. I had two separate boilers, one in the kitchen, one in the garage. They needed replacing with a single combi-boiler, in an entirely new location in the utility room. It was a big job that required a lot of new plumbing for the water and gas, as well as removal of two old flues and making good the brickwork. Phill did an exceptional job, he was extremely conscientious with regard to his problem solving, coming up with excellent solutions for the routing of the pipework, which is all very neat and tidy. He also did a great job of the brick work. He was here for 4 days doing this job and was happy and jovial throughout, worked very hard and we are extremely happy with the results - so glad we hired Phill and will recommend him to anyone who needs gas work.
