ekinect have been exceptional from start to finish with the installation of solar panels on my home. The level of service and professionalism they provided is second to none; from the initial discussions to the completion of the installation, they have been patient, respectful and knowledgeable at every step. The customer service I have received throughout the process has been incredible. During the initial consultations, they took the time to thoroughly explain the benefits of solar energy, assess my specific needs, and address any concerns I had, ensuring I fully understood every part of the process. They were also able to provide a highly detailed (and accurate) breakdown of costs, potential energy savings (my costs have halved, and I actually received a negative bill in the summer), and a realistic timeline for the installation

After having three different quotes covering various options from Ekinect I had seven x 430w panels & 11.5kw of batteries installed. Ekinect took care of everything from surveys, scaffolding & supplying all the equipment to be installed. At no point was there a hard sell. Everything was done at my behest & any queries or concerns were explained fully covering any positives or negatives that may come from my choices. I was supplied with digital quotes, which I was able to peruse at my leisure before making a choice. Any concerns were fully addressed with any and all work carried out in a tidy & professional manner. I?m extremely happy with the work carried out, the price I paid and most importantly that the system runs seamlessly & does everything I wanted from the outset.

Ekinect installed 8 solar panels, an inverter and a battery. Most of the work was done over the weekend and was completed a few days later. Scaffolding was put up and down within a week. They also helped with the necessary documentation to apply for the export tariff from my supplier. They were able to arrange an installation very quickly.

I have used Ekinect to install Solar Panels on two of my BLT properties in the SE12 area. I found Sam and his team to be excellent from the start of the process to the final installation. Sam was a rgeat help froms tgart to finish. I had a tricky set up with a flat roof and parapet wall casting shade. Sam took care of the survey which informed us on the weight bearing capacity, specced a system that was right for me and installed without fuss. Would highly reocmmend.
