We have used Elecsec for several years in our old property Since then, we have moved and a burglar alarm wasn’t top of our priorities! However there has been a spate of Burglaries local to us, so we thought we had better contact Elecsec once again. Darren arrived to carry out the survey, he was clear about our options. We decided to go for a Pet-friendly wireless alarm. The following week the engineer arrived on time, they were clean and tidy No complaints

Elecsec were very professional from start to finish. They always answer the phone and get back to you! Richard came to view the job (fitting an intruder alarm system) and was clear in his estimation of what we needed and the costs involved. He was friendly and responsive, answering all our questions before, during and after the work was completed. He managed to fit us in as we needed the system quite urgently. They arrived on time and did all the work when they said they would. All in all we’re very pleased we used Elecsec and would recommend them.

We chose Elecsec to install the intruder alarm at our new home because they are Which Trusted Traders. The experience has to date been excellent. Richard Wright, the service director, was a model of courtesy and efficiency in meeting us at the house, understanding our needs and planning the system, and later in follow-up, estimate provision and answering queries. His installer, Jack, was similarly first-class: polite, competent, efficient and hardworking. He arrived punctually and worked through a long day, but then was also good at carefully explaining the system to us- a pair of septuagenarians. As a result, so far, we have not set the alarm off by mistake! We can thoroughly recommend Elecsec.

Elecsec responded very quickly to a fault I had with my alarm system. It was fixed with 24 hours. The Elecsec staff were responsive and sensitive to my requirements and I only have praise for the way that they took care of me. Great service and a very happy customer!!

I was recommended by my previous engineer and quite frankly wish I had never heard of this company. It all started off very well the staff were friendly and helpful. A time and date were arranged to visit my property. The smoke alarm system was refurbished last year so the engineer spent a total of 25min and said the system had passed. He advised that to complete the certificate would take around 30 minutes and we need not wait. But did ask for a signature. However whilst out of sight, a caveat was attached to the certificate which read the passed system now requires further parts to be added to the system at a cost of around £400 pounds. In my opinion, this is outrageous and very underhanded. Anyone using this company should watch very closely what they are doing. They have caused me a week of stress. My advice is avoid.

Richard and his team provided an excellent and professional service with a great deal of care and attention to detail. Very responsive, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

My family has been in law enforcement and defence security for several decades. Getting a decent alarm company has been very hard and finding one that knows and understands new smart technology an impossible task - until now. We have been let down by previous companies many times and went to WHICH to find an installer that could be trusted. So glad we did. Scott from ElecSec came up from Bristol and provided a quote. It was clear he knew his stuff and within two weeks Nick fitted the alarm. What makes this company different??? Simple - they had to fix an alarm system fitted by cowboys two years ago. They did it and had problems on the way. The technician, Nick, explained what he was doing. This is a totally different level of understanding. I cannot rate this company enough. Absolute professionals and I will insist any future work is done by Nick. Fantastic family guy that will never leave unfinished. Total commitment! We employed Elecsec UK Ltd to service and carry out corrective works on a fire alarm system in a house divided into flats, followed immediately by the installation of emergency lighting in the communal hall and stairwell at the property. Richard Wright at Elecsec provided quotations for both jobs. His electricians carried out the work on the agreed dates and there were no extra charges above the quotations. Richard was at all times cheerful, positive and helpful, responding quickly to any queries. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending the firm.

Elecsec installed a scaffolding alarm when we were having some roofing works done and had suffered thefts of lead. The service they provided was so good that we asked them to review, upgrade and extend our existing domestic alarm system, which is monitored with police response. The advice given by Richard was clear and the solutions that he offered to us, including a roof alarm, were straightforwardly explained and kept costs down by using most of our existing system. All of the monitoring paperwork was handled by Elecsec. The installation was carried out on time and Elecsec's installers were both very reliable and genuinely nice people. Would wholeheartedly recommend Elecsec to anyone considering alarm work in a domestic or business setting.

Nice guys, explained everything in full. Took care of the requirements as quoted and left us with a feeling that the job was done right and not over or under specced. Follow ups have been good too.

I was completely satisfied with Elecsec from start to finish. They took time to explain CCTV systems, installation and final estimate. Lead time was very good and the installation process was nothing but prefect. The Engineer worked efficiently, clean and explained what he was doing at every stage...we couldn't have asked for more. I wanted a new alarm system for my home, to replace one that was 18 years old and useless - endless false alarms. The security survey was carried out quickly and efficiently by someone who clearly knew his stuff. I liked him and felt I could trust him, an important consideration. His quotation was detailed, very well presented, clear and simple to follow. Costs seemed reasonable. The surveyor arrived with their engineer to show him exactly what needed to be done. The engineer was a pleasure to have in the house. He was friendly, very polite and it seemed to me that his workmanship was first class. He cleaned up all the inevitable mess that comes from drilling holes in walls etc. He worked hard and was meticulous. He explained how the system works in simple, clear language. The kit itself is smart-looking and as unobtrusive as you could hope for. I feel confident that in choosing Elecsec I made a good choice and that I will be able to rely on them in years to come to maintain the system properly and to organise the correct response if, heaven forbid, the alarm/smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector goes off when the house is empty.
