Got 26 panels and 2 Tesla Powerwalls installed, and having had a lot of quotes was super refreshing to come across Electech. Who were just straight to the point, there was just no time wasted all round quote was given to me within a day. Price was really competitive, just fair and to the point especially in the world now where every can share quotes online. Process there in was very simple, I did want more panels than suggested so a site visit was scheduled. Everything was agreed and within a month installation started. The whole thing was over in 2 days, the team were very professional. The work was very tidy and neat. I wanted to have the batteries in the garage but at first glance it didn't look possible but they made it work. Nothing I can complain about, even the payment not everyone accepted credit card for the full payment but Electech did, which made financing the project super easy. Having used them now I'm convinced they're the best company out there for solar and battery.

Took me a while to track down what i considered to be a good candidate for our solar installation. From the very beginning this firm was a pleasure to deal with. No hard sale, and no pressure from anyone to process and seal the deal. Installation date was delayed as they had overrun on a previous job but that gave peace of mind they would stay and finish my project. Kept me informed immediately of their delay of 1 day. Constant communication through the whole process and always answered the phone when i needed simple help. Nothing was too much trouble. All in all a fantastic company who will look after you. They really are a ray of sunshine in the world of solar. Thanks guys!

I had a fantastic experience with Electech Installations. They sourced and installed a new battery for my solar panel system, and I couldn't be happier. The installation itself was superb - the technicians were incredibly professional, quick, and left the workspace perfectly clean. Throughout the entire process, their communication was exceptional, keeping me informed every step of the way. My anxiety of roof leaks has completely disappeared. We moved into a new build 6 months ago. The developers didn't install solar. After months of research I came across Electech. Tom was brilliant at trying to find the right system for me. Not pushing whatever product they wanted to sell. Once we found the right product and i was ready to go ahead. They came the following week. No long drawn out processes, everything was done directly with Tom. It was brilliant. But that is just sales. I was of course skeptical about workmanship, especially horror stories about issues with roofs. Worse still this will likely void my new roof 10 year guarantee - so i have a lot to lose. But no. Jack, Dom and team arrived on site, and my worries vanished. They were meticulous at making sure everything was just right. If i had to nit pick, there was one set of cables they might have been able to conduit in under the garage step. But thats it. A massive 30 pannel installation, + battery and gateway, and the worst thing i can find is a single wonky cable that will take me 5 mins to fix. They are brilliant, have already recommended them to my neighbours and family. So have no issues recommending them here. For a genuinely thoughtful sales process and a stress free installation. Use them! *They were also surprisingly competitive on price. So een if you are on a budget i'd recommend getting a quote.

Electech excelled themselves in every single aspect from their customer care - pre. during and post installation, positioning, scheduling and execution of the installation and software of their Solar Photovoltaic system, through to identifying a non-related issue and sharing their expertise with another service provider in resolving the issue. Without hesitation I absolutely recommend all personnel of Electech and send them the highest accolades for the quality of their products, communication, customer care, patience, understanding - such a privilege and joy to have them install the system.

I received an email from Electech noting that the Growatt storage battery was going to be discontinued. They had some in stock and provided a set price for installation. I called them and had a very productive discussion with knowledgeable and experienced people who provided solid confidence that they could deliver and support what they could provide. That initial experience was confirmed by their ability to book an installation within a week or so, keep to that date and time, and installed it using skilled and personable technicians. The technicians were able to answer all questions asked. That was also supported by staff at the end of a telephone for any followup queries. The cost originally quoted was what was invoiced with no hidden extras. One of the best companies I have had the pleasure to deal with.

We had a new solar panel system installed 6 weeks ago with two FOX batteries and an inverter. The installation was super quick, completed by three engineers who were tidy, professional, and left no mess behind. It was a pleasure dealing with Tom — he’s straightforward and honest, not a pushy salesman like you get with many other companies. He listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly that. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Electech was referred to us by a family member after their installation, they could not speak highly enough of this company, after deciding to install Solar Panels, I called Electech, from beginning to end, they were very Professional , there work is excellent, the installation is very tidy and to a very high standard, the guys who fitted the panels we’re lovely, polite and respectful, I have spoken to friends already that are thinking of having Solar Panels, some have come to see there work, they were very impressed with the tidiness of the installation. The installation was straight forward and the team was very diligent; but had few technical issues linking devices with app - took few days to sort.

Electech and the whole team were brilliant in installations at three sites . Work was carried out in the time promised and as requested with no hidden costs. Even the Scaffolding was erected keeping in mind my requirements and was taken down earlier on my request. They kept me informed throughout the process and accommodated my requests for minor changes to recommendations. Cannot thank the team enough.

I had a system comprising six solar panels and two batteries installed by Electech in September 2023. Following my first enquiry Tom sent a comprehensive report which was followed up with a site visit to answer all my questions. There was very little wait for the job to be done and the work only took a day to complete. Dominic and the team were great to work with- efficient , polite and left everywhere clean and tidy. Dominic was very helpful in downloading the App and explaining all its features. Subsequent paperwork was sent very quickly. I recently had an additional battery fitted to allow for more electricity storage and the team reconnected my App which had disconnected when my router was changed. I am very pleased with the whole system . I would definitely recommend this company for their excellent advice, work and customer care.

Following their initial solar installation in March 23, Electech were requested to add an additional battery. Once again the work was completed at the agreed time and price in an efficient and cheerful manner, all questions were answered and my property left in a tidy fashion. The system continues to work as intended and I am happy to thoroughly endorse Electech.

A seamless level of outstanding customer service from start to finish. From Tom in Sales to the installation engineers nothing was too much to ask.

Had solar panels fitted in Aug 22 and then batteries added in March 25. Overall great service and prompt installation at competitive rates. Also used their telephone support to solve a wireless issue that stopped the app working and they were very helpful

My solar panels have been installed for over 10 years. At that time solar batteries were expensive and not very efficient. When I was researching adding batteries in 2023 Electech was one of the firms I approached for a quote. All questions I had were answered quickly and fully. It gave me confidence in their knowledge of solar so that was why I chose them. The initial three batteries were installed on time and have been working effectively ever since. During the summer months when the solar panels were active, there was enough electricity for my needs. During the winter months, I was not able to store enough electricity at a cheaper overnight rate to last me through the daytime. After consultation with Electech I decided to add two more batteries. Electech installed these batteries quickly and efficiently so now I only need to buy electricity at the cheapest overnight rate when the solar panels do not top-up the battery enough during the day.

I had batteries and EV charger installed to compliment my existing solar panels. All went well with the work completed efficiently and effectively. The team were even quick to help with reconnection with my wifi some months later when I had to change my router. I recommend them.

I had a system installed with Electech for 18 solar panels and batteries in 2023. I received several quotes for other firms but not one made me confident to proceed other than Electech. Starting with the person that came to measure and design the system (actually got up on the roof, rather than working off online photos.) Being so thorough meant they managed to design a system that would fit more panels as this was my priority. We had more roof space but they explained that due to the direction of this roof, this would not be beneficial for us. Tom was knowledgeable and explained what I could expect from the system and this meant we were able to make an informed decision. Dominic that fitted the system was brilliant. Polite, neat workers and sat down after to talk us through the app and how to make the most from the panels moving forward. The benefit and savings we have seen has lead me to recommend the company to several friends who have also had systems fitted and are happy too. Having experienced the benefits, in Feb 2025 we decided to add to the battery capacity and so have just had an extra battery installed from them. Once again we dealt with Tom and the process has been smooth. After care has been great as after fitting the new battery I had a few questions about the app and Tom took the time to talk through this and like the first time he was able to explain how best to use the system we have to maximum benefit. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I’ve just recently had more solar panels and extra battery installed, I’ve found the advice I received very helpful,since using this company there after sales advice and help very good, the lads putting up panels where all friendly, I cannot find fault with this company I would certainly recommend them, They couldn’t fit battery first time round but came back out asap to fit it due to some cables, but all up and running making energy as we speak, I’m very pleased with this company,

I had 16 solar panels, an inverter, a 6.5kw battery installed in May and added another 6.5kw battery at the start of the week. On both occasions Electech did a fantastic job, very professional, tidy, and always checked that I was happy with the work that they have done. I would recommend them to anyone

I first found Electech on Facebook where i was impressed with the 50+ Q&A responses regarding solar panel and battery installation from potential clients responding to their advert. I then subscribed to Which? online where Electech's name popped up as a trusted trader, so i was happy to ask for a quote alongside egg and heatable. Electech were the most competitive and we did the deal. The istallation of my 18 panels, Tesla Powerwall 3 and Zappi charger took just two days, which apparently was a tricky job due to the setup of my house (end of trerrace Victorian house in Southend). The onsite team were knowledgeable and courteous. Nice chaps! They help with the setup of the apps you'll get with the Powerwall and Zappi. I do recommend getting as many panels as possible, as i have now not just eliminated my electricity bill, but I've now started exporting my excess solar to the grid for profit! Why the Powerwall 3? Even on cloudy days I can download all the electricity I need on the cheep overnight tariff from Eon Next in about two hours and this will power my house all day with plenty to spare. I can even download electricity at 6.8p/Kwh between midnight and 7am, then sell it back to them at 17p/Kwh! The Powerwall handles all this so i can collect the money. Even in early March I'm making £3-4/day. Summer should be awesome. That should be a cheeky little cheque coming my way around Christmas time. Many thanks Electech!

Researched and had several quotes after attending exhibition at O2. Competitive quote accepted and an agreed start date agreed. Lee arrived on time for a survey and to answer my questions, that i had asked other company reps, he was able to put my mind at risk and was prepared to move all my equipment to another room once my extension and building work was completed. Installation of panels and batteries was completed and left tidy within the proposed time. Paperwork and advice on best energy supplier was given. I am very pleased with all the results. I have phoned a few times and the support from Tom has been excellent. I had an inspection from the NICEIC. He commented....... excellent work I would keep this electrician, don't lose him!!!! Thank you Jack, and your team. Finally, I have recommended Electech to my neighbors' and at least 2 have had work done by them.
