Prior to our new oven installation, contact details were provided for a workman to remove the old oven. Both the removal of the old oven and the installation of its replacement were carried out in a friendly and efficient manner. Highly recommended.

Bill was recommended by my neighbour and I asked him to quote for various jobs (repairing sockets and light switches, fixing spot lights and under counter lights in the kitchen and installing new lights in the bathroom). He gave the best and most cost effective options for the jobs required and made me aware of safety regulations and requirements for wall lights to be replaced in my bathroom (he also helped me to identify suitable light fittings for that job to meet those regulations). Bill arrived promptly on the day, worked efficiently and was flexible about me adding additional items at the last minute. His work was first rate and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

We had a problem with the lights tripping and loosing power. Bill come out and provided us with a set of options to address the issue. He then carried out the work and I can say that the lights are perfect now and we have not had any issues since. This is not the first time we have used Electra, they often come out to provide safety certificates or carry out the work and they always deliver fantastic service. I was unable to turn off my bathroom fan. I quickly found a Which Trusted Trader, having had bad experiences with electricians in the past . Bill (Balbir) Dhillon, was able to come later on the same day to disconnect it. We discussed what my options were, and I was pleased to be told the price of replacement, the fee for labour, and the amount of time it would take to complete the replacement..( the fan was really quite old). We made an arrangement for the following week, and Bill rang to confirm the date and time. He was punctual..the job was completed quietly and professionally, and everything in the bathroom was left tidy and clean. And the price was as we had agreed and very reasonable. I then asked if he would consider putting a security light in for me. This was also completed within budget, and Bill returned to make an adjustment…having said this may be necessary. I am so pleased to have found someone trustworthy and knowledgeable. I won’t t be looking anywhere else if I need another electrical job. Thank you Bill.
