I found Eleete through Which Trusted Traders. I am anxious about using new tradesmen, however from our first meeting Lee projected knowledge, confidence and professionalism. Eleete are a family business putting customers first in everything they do, only taking on one job at a time & were on-site from start to completion. Communication and dialog were part of every stage of this project. We asked Eleete to create a modern cosy kitchen, dining and living space from an existing draughty kitchen & dining room. They stripped the existing room back to a bare shell, removing external doors, windows & chipboard floor, moved the position of all the kitchen services (including plumbing , waste & electrics), created exterior openings, fitted new & enlarged external doors & windows, a new chipboard floor with Kingspan insulation between joists & also replastered the entire room. They then fitted the new kitchen in a different position & manufactured a large feature housing for the extractor fan over the new island. A real wow-factor centrepiece for the kitchen all manufactured by Lee & Davy. We are delighted with our new area & spend most of our time there. Apart from being very skilled tradesmen I found Eleete to be fair, diligent, prompt, tidy, conscientious & an absolute joy to do business with, nothing was too much trouble. The Job was completed on time & to the estimated budget. I have no reservations in thoroughly recommending Eleete Plumbing and Building Solutions to anyone.

Lee and his team were of a high standard from initial query to completion. Clear, detailed, non-jargon explanations instilled confidence and belief in his work and recommendations. No cost shocks along the way. Our downstairs bathroom was completely ripped out and replaced and looks amazing and modern. Still feels solid after 6 months. The guys were here 0755 every morning and cracked on with consideration and cleaned up at the end. They were professional, polite and friendly. They did such a good job that we then got them back in September to convert the back third of our garage into an office. Again, the standards of work and communication was brilliant. Cannot fault them. You will need to give them plenty of notice as theses guys are so good they are busy but its worth the wait and your patience.

Eleete renovated my en-suite and also put new flooring in my other bathroom. Lee came round, measured up and provided a competitive quote which I was happy to go with. Lee and the rest of the team arrived on time, carried out their work to a high standard and in a professional manner each day. They were very pleasant in the house and left the area clean and tidy at the end of each day. Also, while installing the new flooring in the bathroom, they noticed a small leak under the bath, which they sorted at no extra cost. Lee's communication throughout was great - he kept me updated with how the work was progressing and the work was carried out bang on budget. I love my new en-suite and am very happy to recommend Eleete. The whole team were excellent from start to finish.

We had a former bedroom converted into an accessible bathroom at my parents’ home, with a new walk‑in shower, bath, updated fittings, new flooring and panelled walls. Lee and the team were excellent throughout — tidy, professional and great at keeping us fully informed at every stage. The workmanship is high‑quality and the finish is exactly what we hoped for. We’re very pleased and would happily recommend them.

We had a full main bathroom refit and also an en-suite built into cupboard space. Both were done to an exceptional standard! We were kept up to date with arrival times, who would be in each day for what job and I was amazed by how tidy they kept the areas and were left neat at the end of each day. The team were so friendly and helpful and I couldn’t recommend highly enough! One small toilet fitting on the seat had came in the wrong colour which I wouldn’t have noticed but the team had reordered and came back to fit the correct bit once it arrived a few weeks later which really shows what a high standard they work to! I work from home and the work was carried out with so little disruption. Excellent team!

Lee and his team did our bathroom renovation. From start to finish I could not fault them. Lee listened to what we wanted and provided us with great options. Nothing ever seemed to be too much of a bother. Their price point is great, so much so it even allowed us to upgrade some parts that we didn't think we'd be able to. Our bathroom was done while we were away on holiday which allowed them to get on with the work and not have us in their hair. We came home to the bathroom that we had envisioned and it turned out better than we could have imagined. Our house was spotless when we got back, you wouldn't even know we had building work going on. I couldn't recommend ELEETE plumbing more if I tried. We are very very happy customers!

Eleete renovated both my own and my daughter’s bathrooms in September this year. We are both highly delighted with the professional and friendly service we received from Lee and his team - they explained and demonstrated what they were doing, gave advice and options, fixed the mistakes made by previous tradesmen, nothing was too much trouble and they left my home clean and tidy each day. The work was completed on schedule, to the agreed price in both cases and I can honestly say that, compared to previous work I’ve had done in my home, I completely trust the work that has been carried out. I was very nervous about allowing tradesmen into my home because of previous very poor work which caused me a lot of problems but the Eleete team have restored my faith.

I had Eleete strip out an old en-suite shower/toilet and install a completely new one - including walls, floor, ceiling, lighting, shower unit and toilet. From the very first contact Eleete were extremely responsive and reliable, informing me of exactly when they would arrive and how much everything would cost. They listened to and understood our needs and ideas on the work to be done, and offered many helpful suggestions. Their overall approach was one of 'nothing is a problem, and we can find a way to solve pretty much everything'. They clearly knew their business and what the job would entail. Positive and reassuring. Extensive work such as this job always involves some hiccups along the way, but these were dealt with quickly, efficiently and with aplomb. They worked cleanly and professionally, and were a pleasure to have in my house. A job very well done, at a competitive price, with knowledgeable and helpful input along the way.

Back in 2024 Eleet completed a kitchen makeover and it was so successful that we had no hesitation when it came to renewing our bathroom this year. The task was completed in the same professional way with Lee and his team of Davy, Keir and Reece carrying out the work on time and to a very high standard. Communications were excellent and modifications advised as work progressed, all in all a great job.

I was recommended Lee by a friend who has used his company many times. Lee contacted me to arrange a suitable date and time. I was given my quote and was more than happy. The day before I was given an ETA and the boys came right on schedule. Great communication from Lee and his team throughout. Professional in my home. Everything tidied and rubbish taken away when they left. I was having a kitchen sink fitted which I supplied myself. A part was missing and Lee went above and beyond to go buy this part for me while his partner continued with the work. This saved me a lot of hassle and time. The boys were polite, professional, tidy and I am absolutely delighted with my new sink. Lee advised me of what I needed to do to let it settle and gave me proper aftercare advice. Contacted Eleete Plumbing and Building Services for advice on refurbishing an awkwardly shaped bathroom. The input from Lee was excellent as he worked out the best way to overcome our problem - and answer many questions. The work carried out by this family business was of a very high standard and we are delighted with the result. Every member of the team turned up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up before leaving. This is the second time I have used this family run company, having initially been recommended to use them by a friend. Following work on the family bathroom in 2021, I was so delighted with the work undertaken I used them again to do some extensive work on a basement shower room, including extending the space, that had been previously installed in 2008 by another company. I found the recent work to be of an exceptionally high standard, great value for money where nothing was too much trouble. They advise what time they are coming. What work will be completed that day and provide sound advice on work to be undertaken. In short a very professional service and a company that are honest and can be trusted. Given some challenges that arose with the shower room due to issues when initially installed years ago they were great problem solvers and the end result was done timeously and is absolutely beautiful. I now have confidence that the work undertaken will stand the test of time because of the quality of work and experience of the team. I will certainly use them again when I get a new kitchen fitted and can only highly recommend to family and friends. He really does take pride in his work and makes sure it is of the highest standard!

We’ve have used Eleete Plumbing and Building Services three times now and have never been disappointed. Initially we needed them to re-do work done on the kitchen by another company as part of an insurance claim and, because they did such a good job, we decided to get them in to upgrade our bathroom. Lee, the main man for this family run business, was very helpful in guiding us through the various elements needed to create exactly what we required while keeping us informed of schedules and costs at all times. Several months after that work we decided to re-purpose a dormer room and, once again, we were treated to personal service by Lee in advance of the job with the same high standard of finish. A keen eye for detail is the trademark for this company along with first rate after sale’s service as evidenced by prompt action in replacing a tap that had developed a slight drip but which was covered by its warranty. All work is top quality, clean and tidy, and the on-site workers (family members) are very friendly and approachable. So, in summing, I would not hesitate to use the services of this company because they will listen to what you want and deliver an outcome of the highest spec tailored to suit your requirements.

Very high standard of workmanship. All work done within budget and on time. All of the team are friendly and hard working. Communication excellent, we always knew what was happening and when it was going to happen. Advice was sensible and always in our best interest. We are delighted with our new kitchen, smile every morning when I get up to make a cup of tea. I’ve never recommended a company before, however Eleete Plumbing and Building Solutions are the exception. I would recommend this company.

Lee fitted a kitchen for us and a completely new bathroom from scratch. His attention to detail is impeccable and communication was excellent throughout. The whole team are extremely friendly and a delight to have in the house. Any problems that arose were quickly turned into solutions. Everything was always left clean and tidy. We had used Lee & Dave for a garage conversion previously which we were delighted with. We then asked them to upgrade 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. They were always very professional with quotes and timescales before they started. Once the work began they were great at keeping us up to date with what the plans were each day and kept us very involved as the jobs progressed. Always very high quality of workmanship and they had a real sense of pride in their work. They always ensured they left the areas tidy before they left. Overall a great experience working with them and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other people.

We were delighted with Eleete's work. They completely refurbished our bathroom and shower room. They came when they promised and completed the work in the promised timescale and in accordance with the estimate they provided. They gave input which helped with making decisions about the details of the work and were helpful in recommending suppliers. They were courteous and pleasant to have in our home and were clearly motivated to complete the work to a high standard. In over 50 years of home ownership they were among the best tradesmen we have ever employed. We would have no hesitation in using them again or in recommending them.

Problems developed with my new washing machine. I called Lee who visited on schedule to conduct basic checks of the pipes. He presented as neat and tidy and used indoor shoe covers. Lee was a top communicator at all times. He consulted a colleague and texted to follow-up on my options. An excellent service from an impressive rep...Eleete will now be my "go to" Plumber.

We were massively impressed by the work done by Lee and his team.As I am on a (long!!) waiting list for double hip surgery I had been finding it less and less easy to use the shower over our bath. Lee was the first and only of the bathroom fitters we consulted who was willing to undertake the more complicated and probably less profitable option of replacing the bath with a shower, keeping the rest of the bathroom, comparatively modern and to our taste, as it was. The job proved challenging at times, as the end of our bath lay above the stairs of our home, and the shower cubicle had to be restructured to fit, but with the help of his Dad, the carpenter, and his two brothers, and one more hardworking assistant, they produced a stylish and practical shower room which my wife and I are very much enjoying. Lee consulted us along the way about every detail. Although the weather was appalling he and his team caused very little intrusion, laying fitted dust protectors on the carpets and bringing along a “pergola” to protect their sawing table from the rain.And they provided their own snacks and drinks.All friendly and respectful, they are used to working together and have a well practised routine.They completed the work in three and a half days at a reasonable cost. Finally, they left our home tidier and cleaner than any workmen in the past has ever done. So “what’s not to like????”
