I had Eleete strip out an old en-suite shower/toilet and install a completely new one - including walls, floor, ceiling, lighting, shower unit and toilet. From the very first contact Eleete were extremely responsive and reliable, informing me of exactly when they would arrive and how much everything would cost. They listened to and understood our needs and ideas on the work to be done, and offered many helpful suggestions. Their overall approach was one of 'nothing is a problem, and we can find a way to solve pretty much everything'. They clearly knew their business and what the job would entail. Positive and reassuring. Extensive work such as this job always involves some hiccups along the way, but these were dealt with quickly, efficiently and with aplomb. They worked cleanly and professionally, and were a pleasure to have in my house. A job very well done, at a competitive price, with knowledgeable and helpful input along the way.

Lee and his team refurbished my shower room, replaced the waterdamaged ceiling in dining room, built two cupboards and wooden flooring in dining room, they took care of all plumbing, electrical, joinery and redecoration work needed. This team worked to completion on schedule and on budget. I cannot recommend them enough I was kept up to date throughout, communication was excellent. From start to finish I was impressed with the quality of the workmanship, friendliness of the team and have never worked with such clean and tidy workmen before. 10 out of 10 from me and looking forward to using them again.

We asked Lee to quote for a new en-suite after he done some TRVs for us several months previous when we just moved in to our home. From initial engagement with Lee, everything was exactly how you would want it. He turned up exactly when he said he would (to the minute!), offered expert advice and provided a breakdown of the quote exactly when he said he would. There were a few months lead time to start, but the quote experience, compared to others we asked to quote, was a no brainier for us that we wanted him to get the work. So we asked him to add the family bathroom to the project too! The start date arrived and we were introduced to the team bang on when they said they’d come and they started laying down dust sheets throughout. Everything was project managed perfectly by Lee each day with different trades popping in exactly when needed. Being in the construction trade myself, I know how hard it is to get good reliable tradesman and they have hand picked some great trades to help them deliver quality and reliable workmanship. Lee takes the time to explain exactly what’s happening each day and what’s happening next. The tiler was very complimentary of the prep work done in comparison to other projects he had worked on and the plasterer was also full of praise for them. The whole experience was so painless. Lee, Davie, Kier, Brian Stuart and Chris were top guys, so professional and I’d thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Lee and his team renovated our bathroom to a very high standered. They were clean, efficient and had an excellent work ethic. The job was completed on time and to my wife's full satisfaction.

Having used this family business in April 2019 to refurbish my downstairs toilet I had no hesitation in calling the boys back last August for a much bigger job: the refitting of my kitchen which involved knocking down a wall and constructing a new one, as well as refitting 9 new doors and replacing wooden floor in my conservatory, hallway and the kitchen itself. From start to finish, I was updated on a regular basis of the work being carried out; the guys cleaned up after themselves daily; were extremely punctual and reliable in arriving on time. They gladly gave of their time to answer all my questions. I honestly could not fault them in any way and found them to be very pleasant and extremely trustworthy to be left around the house; even being mindful and caring towards my menagerie of animals which they kindly let in and out when I was at work. Always use Which Trusted Traders now as work always to a high standard and Lee and co are no exception. Updated downstairs toilet with new flooring and wallboards and fitted walk-in bath upstairs and rearranged other fittings, new tiles fitted to floor. Consulted throughout and also took time with my husband who has dementia. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company as they did an excellent job and were kind, considerate making sure that we were inconvenienced as little as possible.

We recently had Eleete Plumbing carry out a full refurbishment of our tenement bathroom. A family business, Lee and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Having had a few quotes previously, Lee gave me confidence from the start. He talked us through how they would schedule the work, was straight forward and clear in explaining the options for any awkward issues. The excellent communication through out work made having a new kitchen fitted as painless as it could be! Work started when agreed, time-keeping was great, and the whole team were a pleasure to have in the house. Eleete have high standards of workmanship, and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Lee fitted a kitchen for us and a completely new bathroom from scratch. His attention to detail is impeccable and communication was excellent throughout. Very high standard of workmanship. All work done within budget and on time. All of the team are friendly and hard working. Communication excellent, we always knew what was happening and when it was going to happen. Advice was sensible and always in our best interest. Back in 2024 Eleet completed a kitchen makeover and it was so successful that we had no hesitation when it came to renewing our bathroom this year. The task was completed in the same professional way with Lee and his team of Davy, Keir and Reece carrying out the work on time and to a very high standard. Communications were excellent and modifications advised as work progressed, all in all a great job.

Small shower room rebuilt from non square room. The room walls required some sorting to make the wet walls fit, this was done with apparently little problem. The units,shower and new ceiling were all completed to a very high standard. They carried out all the work to my (and my wife's) complete satisfaction. lee kept us informed from my first phone call to leaving the site. The cost was as per the estimate, good price. All rubbish, cardboard, old units removed and work area cleaned up. The team did a great job.

Eleete were recommended to us by a friend, and it's safe to say we were not disappointed. From the initial meeting Lee was professional, knowledgeable and offering his opinion. Work undertaken was fitting out a new kitchen, utility annex, and dining area. The work was done on time, to a mutually agreed schedule, and on budget. The work done represented good, solid value for money. But what made the trader stand out was the quality and finish of the work. They left the workspace clean and tidy at the end of each day, and removed all waste at the end of the job. The traders were particularly helpful in taking time to explain things and give helpful advice on options and choices as the work progressed. The ongoing communication was excellent. After the work was finished they responded to our request for an additional small task quickly without request for additional payment. Above all, this trader inspired confidence in us that the work would be done right and to a high standard. This made the process more manageable for us.

Problems developed with my new washing machine. I called Lee who visited on schedule to conduct basic checks of the pipes. He presented as neat and tidy and used indoor shoe covers. Lee was a top communicator at all times. He consulted a colleague and texted to follow-up on my options. An excellent service from an impressive rep...Eleete will now be my "go to" Plumber.

We were massively impressed by the work done by Lee and his team.As I am on a (long!!) waiting list for double hip surgery I had been finding it less and less easy to use the shower over our bath. Lee was the first and only of the bathroom fitters we consulted who was willing to undertake the more complicated and probably less profitable option of replacing the bath with a shower, keeping the rest of the bathroom, comparatively modern and to our taste, as it was. The job proved challenging at times, as the end of our bath lay above the stairs of our home, and the shower cubicle had to be restructured to fit, but with the help of his Dad, the carpenter, and his two brothers, and one more hardworking assistant, they produced a stylish and practical shower room which my wife and I are very much enjoying. Lee consulted us along the way about every detail. Although the weather was appalling he and his team caused very little intrusion, laying fitted dust protectors on the carpets and bringing along a “pergola” to protect their sawing table from the rain.And they provided their own snacks and drinks.All friendly and respectful, they are used to working together and have a well practised routine.They completed the work in three and a half days at a reasonable cost. Finally, they left our home tidier and cleaner than any workmen in the past has ever done. So “what’s not to like????”

We’ve have used Eleete Plumbing and Building Services three times now and have never been disappointed. Initially we needed them to re-do work done on the kitchen by another company as part of an insurance claim and, because they did such a good job, we decided to get them in to upgrade our bathroom. Lee, the main man for this family run business, was very helpful in guiding us through the various elements needed to create exactly what we required while keeping us informed of schedules and costs at all times. Several months after that work we decided to re-purpose a dormer room and, once again, we were treated to personal service by Lee in advance of the job with the same high standard of finish. A keen eye for detail is the trademark for this company along with first rate after sale’s service as evidenced by prompt action in replacing a tap that had developed a slight drip but which was covered by its warranty. All work is top quality, clean and tidy, and the on-site workers (family members) are very friendly and approachable. So, in summing, I would not hesitate to use the services of this company because they will listen to what you want and deliver an outcome of the highest spec tailored to suit your requirements.
