Had 17 windows and a set of patio doors replaced. Bilal company owner visited to quote was prompt polite and professional. Quote was very reasonable and competitive against other companies. He then visited again with his fitter measured again to order the windows. Kept in communication. Answered all questions. Came with fitters on both days to make sure all was OK. His fitters are the most professional hardworking team I've met. 3 guys completed the job in 1.5 days. I could not fault them. Would use this company again and would recommend them 5 stars plus

Had all our windows and a front door installed this week. Bilal and the team has been excellent from start to finish. Very competitive price on the entire contract, he kept us informed throughout the order and delivery. Also popped over during the install and after all the work finished. Ollie was our installer and one of the best I’ve seen in motion. All in all a very professional and personal service. I would highly recommend Elegance Glazing, and will be recommending to my family and friends.

I needed some new windows and a UPVC front door fairly urgently. The team at Elegance glazing attended my property promptly and provided a very reasonable and clear quote within 24 hours. Their stated lead time was 6 weeks. However, they were able to start 3 weeks early. Replacing all windows and doors can be a messy and disruptive process. However, they attended promptly were very polite and left the site tidy each day. The final finish was of a very high standard and they have also been responsive in attending to make any fine adjustments. Overall, we are very satisfied with their work!

Great job from start to finish by Elegance Glazing Ltd, would highly recommend. We hired Bilal and team to replace the windows and doors on our 1930s home. We went to Elegance Glazing on our daughter’s recommendation. We sent measurements by e-mail and received a very reasonable quote so decided to go ahead. Bilal and a fitter came to measure and advised on style, openings and finishing's. Fitter arrived on the quoted date and did an excellent job. We were particularly pleased with the attention to detail and care taken over the finishing's. All in all a smooth and efficient process. We would definitely recommend Elegance Glazing. They were helpful and easy to communicate with.

Elegance Glazing provided exceptional service from the very beginning to the end. Bellal gave a very competitive quote, was always helpful, provided excellent advice and generally a very high service. The work was completed in one day to a very, very high standard. I did not have any issues with the fitting of the door or windows. There was one slight issue with the door, there was some damage (not the fault of elegance glazing) which was likely caused by delivery. Elegance Glazing dealt with this exceptionally and worked with the supplier to ensure the issue was resolved. Highly recommended.

Bilal from Elegance windows was excellent from the beginning to the end of the project. His advice and attention to detail were on point. Especially as we had a large volume of glass openings to consider. All the way through there was great collaboration and communications. The fitters were excellent. Arrived on time, quick and with minimal disruption and fuss. I always say the mark of great service is what happens when there's a set back. I sought a quote from Elegance Glazing for some new windows and doors as I'd seen the glowing reviews from previous customers. Right from the start, and then through to completion, Bilal and his team lived up to that reputation. Bilal talked us through options and was really helpful with suggestions. The fitter was diligent, kept everything really tidy and did a super job. The windows, front door and back doors look great and all fit snugly giving us a draft-free and much quieter home. Bilal even came round to check everything was fine before the final invoice was sent - great service throughout.

We were completely pleased with service from the first visit of Bilal (owner) who suggested some enhancements to existing windows. He visited the day after our phone call and was friendly and helpful. Other companies quoted 12-14 weeks for commencement of works but Elegance stated 7-8 weeks. The fitters, Robert and James, were outstanding, hardworking, friendly and so clean. We were really pleased with the 2 bedroom windows and bay window to lounge. The price was good and we would have no hesitation in recommending Elegance Glazing.

Elegance Glazing fitted a new front door and a new door to the adjacent utility cupboard (same frame). The initial contact and pricing was efficient and not pushy. The cost of the work was reasonable and it was done to the stated program. On the day the fitters turned up on time and were very tidy. Workmanship was good. One slight problem with a panel on the utility cupboard door was sorted. I would thoroughly recommend.

Highly recommend. Responsive, reliable, good quality and reasonably priced. Bilal originally installed some UPVC windows in my flat five years ago and I was very happy with the service. I wanted modern aluminium frames in my new place and I wasn't sure from the website if they had exactly what I wanted but when I got to the show room they did. Bilal was very patient, quoting me various options and even walking me through some of the details on facetime. The fitter was really nice too – good attention to detail, hard working, clean, polite and on time. Paperwork all came through quickly too. In the end I changed all the windows in my house and am very happy with the result.
