We believe on providing high levels of customer service and friendly ‘non sales’ approach to providing quotations.
We are a family run business and Its really important for us to be seen as an approachable, local Company that provides free, no obligation quotations. As some Companies go for the hard sell, which is completely against our business ethos
We simply provide a quote and leave it with customers to make up their minds. This works extremely well for us and the majority of our business is repeat custom or through referrals, as we always ensure our customers receive a first class job so that they recommend us to their "family and friends.”

I needed some new windows and a UPVC front door fairly urgently. The team at Elegance glazing attended my property promptly and provided a very reasonable and clear quote within 24 hours. Their stated lead time was 6 weeks. However, they were able to start 3 weeks early. Replacing all windows and doors can be a messy and disruptive process. However, they attended promptly were very polite and left the site tidy each day. The final finish was of a very high standard and they have also been responsive in attending to make any fine adjustments. Overall, we are very satisfied with their work!

Great job from start to finish by Elegance Glazing Ltd, would highly recommend. We hired Bilal and team to replace the windows and doors on our 1930s home. Excellent communication, lots of patience and knowledgeable. Done to agreed schedule and budget. All questions/ issues were turned around swiftly to our satisfaction. The fitting team were timely, respectful and completed work to a high standard.

So happy with my new windows. Great customer service, very efficient and polite. Fitters were also very efficient and polite. Cleaned up after themselves so well you wouldn't know they had been there. Would highly recommend Elegance Glazing.

We went to Elegance Glazing on our daughter’s recommendation. We sent measurements by e-mail and received a very reasonable quote so decided to go ahead. Bilal and a fitter came to measure and advised on style, openings and finishing's. Fitter arrived on the quoted date and did an excellent job. We were particularly pleased with the attention to detail and care taken over the finishing's. All in all a smooth and efficient process. We would definitely recommend Elegance Glazing. They were helpful and easy to communicate with.

Elegance Glazing provided exceptional service from the very beginning to the end. Bellal gave a very competitive quote, was always helpful, provided excellent advice and generally a very high service. The work was completed in one day to a very, very high standard. I did not have any issues with the fitting of the door or windows. There was one slight issue with the door, there was some damage (not the fault of elegance glazing) which was likely caused by delivery. Elegance Glazing dealt with this exceptionally and worked with the supplier to ensure the issue was resolved. Highly recommended.

Fitting of UPVC side door, Elegance Glazing provided me the best quote and with installation around Christmas provided installation quicker than expected to ensure this was done before Christmas. The job was done with minimal disruption left clean and tide with all mess taken away. Great service and very professional.

Bilal from Elegance windows was excellent from the beginning to the end of the project. His advice and attention to detail were on point. Especially as we had a large volume of glass openings to consider. All the way through there was great collaboration and communications. The fitters were excellent. Arrived on time, quick and with minimal disruption and fuss. I always say the mark of great service is what happens when there's a set back. We had an unforeseen issue and Bilal just got it sorted no fuss or debate or increased costs. The pricing structure was very reasonable to. Recommended
