Recent | Annual service and balancing a designer radiator that was heating in an asymmetric pattern. All done well. In recent years | They have installed two systems for us in recent years and provided the necessary installation paperwork and it made it easier when we came to sell. We have found their communication is good and they are good at coming as arranged. We like them.

The work involved instillation of three new radiators into my residential property. New pipework needed to be installed from the water tank which was on the first floor down to the ground floor meaning cutting out part of the floor and walls. The lads were nothing short of excellent from how they worked to communication with us through out letting us know progress and exactly what they were doing. The work was carried out with minimal fuss and mess which was extremely helpful as I work from home. Cost wise they were the best of multiple quotes and very honest for example every trader advised us we'd also need a new boiler however Elements advised the opposite as they didn't deem it necessary to begin with and only if our heating system struggled with the additions then to consider changing which of course kept our cost down. The aftercare is also brilliant we've had check in calls to ensure all is working. Overall excellent work and service I'll use Elements for all work going forwards of this ilk and recommend to any one who needs heating solutions.

they have done a few jobs already at our property and the service is always thorough, well-explained and customer service is brilliant. I had an extremely odd situation with my thermostat - one for central heating and one for underfloor heating that would only turn on if both were on. also a weird drip causing my boiler pressure to need topping up every 2 months. Other contractors I called were giving me potential reasons without wanting to take on the job without exorbitant fees. Element solved all the issues and have continued to provide great support.
