Hello, my name is Grant and i'm the director of Elementis Boiler Experts LTD, we are a local family run business.
I've been in the industry over 20 years but have had my own plumbing and heating business 15 years, we were originally called G.A.C Plumbing but rebranded last year to Elementis boiler experts LTD
We wanted to specialise in boilers, heating, hot water systems as we felt this is where we really excelled.
We love what we do and this comes across in every single job we do, we treat your home with total respect, using dust sheets throughout and thoroughly cleaning before we leave.
We send out yearly boiler service reminders with a booking link for you to select a date and time that suits you or if you would prefer call us on 01206 912068.
On the day of the job we always send an exact arrival time, so no need to wait around you will know exactly when we will arrive.

Elementis came out to do a stripdown full boiler service on my central heating having done a routine annual service for the last couple of years. It was easy to book an appointment online and I was contacted to verify the make of the boiler to ensure they had the right gaskets. They arrived on time and did the job with minimal disturbance and no mess; everything was thoroughly checked over before they left. Always polite and friendly and take genuine pride in their work, will continue to use and recommend.

Grant took time to explain what he would need to do in the installation. Kept us informed when he would be arriving which was a great touch. He spotted an issue in our loft that could have been disastrous if not had been fixed, he even helped us rectify the problem. I would recommend Grant to others to install a new boiler and complete heating solutions. We will be using again for future services and any advice we require.

Grant arrived when he said he would having notified me shortly before of his expected time of arrival. He carried out the annual boiler service efficiently and explained to me clearly what he was doing. He then inspected my hot water tank as I had asked him to do when I booked him. Again, he explained how it worked since I had not seen the type of system before. In addition, he checked that the system was pressurised correctly and also checked that the central heating system was working properly. I was impressed with his approach and quality of work and I will certainly have him back next year to carry out the annual boiler service and check on the hot water tank.

Great experience from start to finish, requested for an annual boiler service, aware my boiler was old, advised it was emitting gas and capped, as unsafe. Unfortunately the valve needed for replacement was obsolete. Confirmed with the boiler manufacturer this was case and quoted approx £3250. Checked against other companies including British Gas who did a free assessement. BG wanted £9000 for the boiler removal and replacement to combi boiler for the same quote. Elementis did everything they said they would from start to finish. System was flushed, new flue etc. Fast turn around within a week of the boiler service too! Would absolutely use again, restored trust in the world of tradespeople! And nice to support a family business!

We booked Grant and Elementis Boiler Experts following a lot of research, however, the company are a Which recommended trader and Grant was very personable when quoting for the job. We had a Potterton Powermax boiler replaced with an Ideal Logic boiler, which was placed on the top floor of a three storey house. Grant was really clear with what work would be completed and stuck with the agreed date. Grant worked with his brother and they were clean, tidy and explained things are the job progressed. There was a hitch when the roofer let them down to put the flue in, however this was fully explained and we made the decision to have no hot water for the weekend rather than agree another date. The job was priced reasonably and included the installation of a Hive thermostat that we purchased separately. A great company and one that we will use again in the future.

What is better than a plumber? Answer: A LOCAL plumber. A couple of weeks ago I discovered I had a water tank leak and I had no hot water. I telephoned several recommended plumbers, one of whom said he could get to me in 3-4 weeks! I needed someone much sooner. Grant Chaney was recommended as a local plumber with a good reputation in our Village. I left a message for Grant. He responded and fitted in a visit at the end of the same day on his way home. He assessed the situation, made recommendations and sent quotes for various options the same evening. After considering the options, I accepted one and Grant fitted me in his diary for the following week to replace my boiler and pipework What joy! He came when he said, with his brother, and they worked solidly ensuring I had a water supply at the end of the first day. The job was completed at the end of the second day, all working perfectly. I contacted Grant from Elementis Boiler Experts after looking at online reviews. I wanted my boiler replaced, Grant presented a range of options to me. I selected an option, Grant scheduled the work date with me. They arrived on time and installed the new boiler to a very high standard. Once the work was completed they cleaned the work area and removed all old parts. Grant gave me an overview of the new boiler and control programmer. I highly recommend Elementis Boiler Experts, great job.

The work was carried out on a rental property that I own. The company turned up at the time agreed and completed the boiler service efficiently. Grant 1st attended to our boiler on 20th Feb. The boiler was serviced & he also quickly identified what the fault that was causing us to experience intermittent hot water. He ordered the part & then attended, again, on 22nd Feb to fix the fault. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable & efficient & we now have continuous hot water. We would definitely use him again.
