Damien came out when my heating program broke just before Christmas. He sourced a new one which wasn't straightforward, kept in touch while doing so and got it all working again. He is very friendly and helpful and quick to respond with any queries and also bothered to check later after he was finished that the heating was all back on and working properly. Would definitely recommend.

Damien of Elements Plumbing fitted our new boiler and gave our very old and poorly-working radiators a power-flush with extra chemicals as they were so clogged up. He did an absolutely excellent job and we now have a wonderful new heating system with radiators that fully work for the first time ever - which will make a huge difference to our winter, and possibly this quite chilly summer too! He went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure we have the best system possible and also tidied up after himself to a really high standard. He even fixed a leak he found and which we didn't know we had, which was much appreciated. Throughout his time with us, he was polite, friendly and just an all-round good guy. HIGHLY recommended. Damien recommended a Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler, to replace my 30+ year old standard boiler, Jack installed the boiler and Marcus helped with the pipe work. They were very efficient and tidy and nothing was to much trouble, very neat workmanship and Damian commission the boiler and power flushed the system. He also recommended that the radiators have thermostats which will save me money going forward. A great service and thank you very much, I will recommend them in the future.

My Mum's old boiler failed. She is elderly, partially-sighted and lives alone so we needed quick action. Damien responded promptly to our enquiry & went to inspect early next morning. Although he might have been able to repair it, the cost of doing so was similar to installing a new boiler, so he recommended a like for like replacement. The job was more complicated than anticipated due to a leaking pipe and the need to adapt new pipework to old, so it ran over into a second day, but he made sure my Mum had heating overnight. He was extremely kind & considerate to my Mum; he explained how things would work, set up the thermostat for her, made sure everything was left clean & tidy, told her she could call him anytime if there was ever a problem and made sure all the doors were safely locked before he left! Happy to recommend him.

I was immediately impressed by the prompt reply and visit as a result of my enquiry. Damien was happy to advise and reassure at every stage. Damien & Jack are a great team-they know what they are doing and can explain to a layman what they need to do and why. The initial job was to service what turned out to be a 20 yr old boiler, in a newly purchased property. Inevitably things were not all that they seemed and the remit changed to a replacement boiler and upgrade of the system. We were kept informed at all times about changes and price impact. They worked to time, arriving when expected and their workspace appeared to be clean and they are very organised. I would certainly recommend Elements Plumbing & Heating

Damien was very good at communicating the initial issue. Despite being really busy, he prioritised getting a new boiler in for us as heating and hot water were not working. He liaised with an electrician to get all that work done. The finished job is very tidy and we would definitely recommend using him.

Elements have been coming to service the gas boiler for 4 years - in December 2019 it was decided to install a Combi. The installation was tricky because of the piping required. Later in 2020 Damien installed the Nest and recently serviced the boiler . Their work is of the highest standard and extremely satisfactory. Usually arrived on time and if delayed a text was sent. Kept to budget and very very helpful.

Professional, pleasant and efficient. Gave helpful advice and suggestions regarding the existing system. Clean and tidy installation of new boiler including improving some of the existing pipework. Spent some time sorting out a problem with an existing heating circuit at no extra cost to the original quote. Had a good look at all the existing underfloor heating manifolds and circuits and explained fully the new controls. Will be using again and would recommend.

When the handle snapped on the shower and water was pouring out, we knew who to call and they didn't let us down. Damien answered my call on Sunday evening, gave advice to avert the immediate emergency, then fitted in a visit next day to resolve it fully. Highly recommended!
