Petar and his team from Elite Flooring Services (EFS) Ltd kept to their schedule and estimate. They sanded, renovated and put two layers of laquer on the original hall floor in our Victorian house and totally transformed it. They also left the place spotlessly clean. Petar and his team at Elite Flooring Services were commissioned to restore and old mahogany and teak floor which had damage to some of the blocks. The end result is amazing and looks like a new floor with none of the original damaged blocks identifiable. The work was done exactly to the agreed schedule and the agreed price. Petar and his team were very helpful and cooperative throughout. I have no doubt in recommending them for this sort of block flooring recovery work - an utterly amazing transformation.

Petar and his team laid some engineered oak boards for me over quite a large surface area in my flat, having previously done a solid oak parquet floor for me and laid some other engineered boards back in 2018. As the fact I used them twice suggests, they were brilliant - if I had any floors left that they hadn't done already, I'd be getting them back a third time! Petar clearly takes a lot of pride in his work, and the whole experience of working with his team is great: on both occasions, they gave me really helpful advice about which boards to get and how to prepare for the installation, arrived exactly when they said they would to get going, were a pleasure to have around while they worked, and ultimately left me with immaculately-installed floors.

We have a solid oak floor in our open-plan kitchen/living area that gets a lot of wear and tear. This is the second time that Elite Flooring Services have sanded and re-lacquered it - the last time was over 9 years ago, so it lasted really well! Once again, a fantastic service. The areas faded by sunlight, the scratches, the water damage have all disappeared and the wood floor looks new again. Very pleasant and professional to deal with; this time we left them our keys while we went on holiday and it all went very smoothly and we came back to a beautiful floor.

The two Petars and Bobby from EFS did a fantastic job revitalising multiple wooden floors, around 1000 sq ft in all, in our recently purchased house. This is an exceptionally professional company that really care about the end results. Petar and his team were absolutely fantastic. They ripped up and removed our old wood floor, levelled and replaced the sub-floor and laid a beautiful parquet floor around 40m2 in a dining room through to the conservatory. The workmanship is amazing, they worked around fireplaces and doors, as well as installing a tricky trapdoor for drainage access. The finish they applied left the floor looking immaculate but also like it was a natural part of the room. The guys were polite, professional, friendly, punctual and tidy. They worked solidly throughout the days, tidying up at the end of each day and disposing of all the old floor. At the end, they had finished ahead of time, and revised the quote downwards to take account of a change of materials, so we ended up with the right floor quicker and at a lower price than expected. Brilliant all round and we will be using them again for another room.

Elite Flooring Services sanded and stained my engineered oak flooring which had become yellow and worn. I wanted a whiter colour which they were able to achieve with stain and lacquer (I didn't want an oiled finish) and the floor looks excellent now, just what I was after. Elite flooring are very easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any work related to wood flooring.
