He tried to solve my issue very thoroughly. He arrived promptly and worked almost all day to fix and check everything.

Kevin did an excellent job and I’d highly recommend him. Of the people I contacted for a quote he was the only one to ask follow up questions and explain the options and pros/cons from the start, since the boiler was long overdue a service. On the day he arrived on time and was friendly and approachable, and I appreciated how he explained the work as he went along. His quote was spot on and great value for money, and he left the area clean and tidy after completing the work.

We had a leak coming from under the sink in our bathroom and called Kevin following a review of plumbers in the area on Trusted Traders. He came to see what the issue was towards the end of the day and recognised that the leak was probably from a corroded pipe buried under the floor. Since he explained the work could take a few hours but that it wouldn't be clear until he started unearthing the pipes, we agreed to arrange a time he would come back and fix the issue (he couldn't come the next day but was able to come the day after this). Between Kevin assessing the situation and returning to complete the job it was easy to maintain communication with him through WhatsApp. He worked quickly and left the area as clear and clean as possible, advising us how to manage the problem going forwards. He was clear in his fees so that there was nothing unexpected when the invoice came through.
