Ben has done a fantastic job replacing our boiler & flue last weekend. He managed to fit the full installation in his agenda, despite a short period notice and... it was done in less than a day! He is professional and has tidied up everything before leaving. I also like the fact during the whole process, Ben has given us extra explanations and recommendations for the future. I would highly recommend him if you need some work done by a qualified heating engineer for your property!

GRH has done my annual gas safe check for 5-6 years. On this occasion, he also kindly fixed the boiler condensation pipe that was coming apart and leaking. I'm always happy with their work, he's done various other jobs for me in the past, e.g. fitting a new boiler, fitting a bathroom radiator, fitting a toilet tank. They will always be my first choice for heating and plumbing jobs.

I needed Ben to carry out an external tap replacement as the tap had been damaged by previous builders and was saturating the back wall. Ben was very efficient and precise and pointed out some things that needed attending to. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He will be doing some further work for me. Ben was very helpful on the phone when I first called to discuss my washing machine problem and he came the next day to take a look. As it turned out, there was nothing that needed to be done but he offered some practical suggestions so that the issue would not recur. While at the house he had a quick look at the boiler and adjusted the pressure which was a little low. Even though it was the weekend, Ben didn’t charge his full callout rate and even then he wouldn't accept the entire amount as he hadn’t had to do anything which I very much appreciate. Ben was punctual, pleasant and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
