Our first newbuild project with underfloor heating and air source system was going so well until our original heating installers let us down half way through the build. A phone call to Energy by Nature quickly responded to the installation being taken on and completed without issue. The installation was finished on time and on budget. The quality of the installation of hardware, pipework, electronics was completed to the highest standard. With commissioning of the system and on-site demonstration & training of the heating system and programmers provided as standard. Follow up service has been second to none, my RHI application has been successfully completed and processed and I’m looking forward to my first rebate this quarter. I cannot thank Energy by nature enough for their professional installation, quality communications during the install and second to none after sales service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and would certainly hope to use them again for future schemes.
