Oystein of Enga installed a Yale Home door bell with cctv for us. He turned up on time, did a very professional job and was very courteous. Can highly recommend.

After a very competitive quote Oystein arrived promptly for the installation which he carried out thoroughly and tidily, replacing my old wired security alarm with a new Yale wireless system. His explanation of how the system worked was clear and concise. I would be very pleased to recommend him for similar jobs.

Great guy, turned up on time to discuss the requirements, came back the following week and did the job. Neat and tidy. Constructive advice was provided re getting the optimum setup for our requirements. Location of sensors and keypads. Took me through setting up the App and then talked me through setting up and customising so that I fully understood the system. Disabled the old system and removed the old bell box.

Oystein of Enga Installations helped sort out the issues with our home CCTV. It had already been installed but it had the incorrect date, one camera wasn’t working and we didn’t really know how to interrogate the video playback. Oystein came very quickly to our house. We had an alarm and security cameras fitted with Enga Security. All work was done to high standard and would highly recommend.

Engineer arrived on time, his appearance and work was first class. I had a house alarm fitted without any problems what so ever, and in a timely fashion. when job was complete he explained how everything worked, explained about the guarantee and also about future service requirements if required. Excellent service.

Appt carried out on the 20th Aug 2019 as agreed. He knew straight away what was wrong with my alarm. Explained fully what the issues were and promptly corrected the faults. The cost of service was £75 plus vat including replacement batteries as he had said when making the spot. Had to replace a contact for a reasonable fee. I felt very confident that a good job had been done.

Came when he said he would. Quickly resolved a problem with a component. Good trader and pleasant person. Carried out the work efficiently. Provided written quotes and final invoice. Would recommend.

I had my alarm fitted today, But I was informed a few days ago by Oystein that he would be arriving around 11am to fit my system. He arrived on time, He was very polite, we went room to room, and he advised me where I should put each sensor. And then he started installing the system. He was quick in doing the Job, there was no mess at all, even though there was drilling involved. I think Oystein is a nice guy, easy to get on with, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a Alarm system fitted. If I need more work doing I will call on Oystein again.

As a Yale-Approved Installer, Oystein came to fit a Yale CCTV system to our new house. He rang to arrange a time, arrived when he said he would, advised us about where the best sites for the cameras would be, and completed his work very competently. Because of a problem getting access to one area outside, he arranged to call again, and - despite recovering from a chest infection in the meantime - returned to complete the job as promised. We would recommend Oystein as a reliable, competent and knowledgeable security specialist and very much valued his excellent service.

Wireless House alarm fitted to replace old wired system, very happy with everything from the initial visit and quote to the installation. Unlike another firm I contacted, I was not 'oversold' and the system recommended is perfect for my needs. Installation was in June 2018 and there have been no problems or false alarms. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Oystein is a Yale approved engineer / fitter and I contacted him to replace a Yale Conexis door lock. He responded very quickly to my enquiry, was very punctual and polite, completed an excellent job, was very tidy and was also very informative. Oystein knows exactly what he is doing, professional and clean. He came to installed CCTV on my property, i provided the kit and he just installed it. He knows what he’s doing and also gives advice on where the cameras should go to help protect your property/cars more. Such a shame that the cctv kit i purchased from amazon is a pile of rubbish during the night and i'm now having to get Oystein to come back (check your email/junk folder Oystein) and undo all his hard work and install a new system. I'd 1000% use him again and will recommend him to friends and family.

Oystein came at the agreed time to give us a quotation, during which he gave useful advice. The written quotation arrived by email the same evening. He came to fit the system at the time agreed and did so with the minimum upset in less than three hours. I recommend him without reservation.
