I have used Adrian at F5 engine carbon clean a few times now and he's polite and efficient and very very knowledgeable indeed. He performs in depth diagnostics and amazing engine carbon clean. I had him to do my x3 at around 71000 miles and treated the camper van which has about 183000 miles too. When the engine cleaning was done I took them for a run out. both run smoothly and better mpg which is great. the camper was very lumpy and running rough before but so much better now. I highly recommend Adrian. Treat your vehicle to carbon clean.

Just had my car done by F5ECC. Adrian talked me though how the process works. This is the second Merc I have had done by him C250cdi and now a C350e sport. Noticed straight away more mpg. The car felt a lot smoother on acceleration. I was quite shocked at how much quicker and responsive the car was when I put it in sport+. I highly recommend having this done.

Adrian came out and did a carbon clean on my Mercedes CLA45. If you've purchased a used car that's done a good amount of miles then I would highly recommend getting this done. It made all the difference to mine. Throttle response is better the car feels better as it climbs through the gears. Adrian was here for about an hour, was happy to talk through the process and shared diagnostic info straight to my phone. Really helpful and knowledgeable.

Amazing service before and afterwards .it was good to have the engine carb clean as this has increased my fuel consumption and the car is running like it’s new . Having the dyanostic done as well identified any faults and shows me how the car is running and if their are any faults at all . Amazing company I would recommend them

I had my Jaguar XF sports break engine cleaned oh my God what a great job before he did any work he diagnosed my car to see if I had any issues or any faults. He found two minor faults which would not affect his work but once he had done it, it was an excellent job great customer service and what a lovely gentleman

Absolutely amazing service, didnt expect too much in terms of performance as mine as just had a new one, but i can feel the cars quicker and more responsive, aswell as mpg, I was getting 45.4mpg on my 2005 mondeo st estate with 162k on the clock, since having this service im getting 68.8mpg on the motorway, a massive improvement from before, so I'd highly recommend them to anyone, brilliant service, very informative aswell, explained everything he was d9ing amd why, so yeah more than happy with this service

Couldn’t ask for better service. Had a carbon clean done last week on my partner’s Astra. Adrian responded very quickly to my initial query and got us booked in for the next day. He was very thorough and explained everything that I wasn’t sure of (my knowledge on cars is awful). He provided the fault codes and the live engine data and gave great advice about how to fix the current issue we were having with our car. The car runs very smoothly and is finally lovely to drive again, wish we’d done this sooner. He was very friendly & polite which put any worries I had at rest. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. "Highly professional service. F5 treated my BMW X1, Jaguar XJ, and Audi TT with excellent results. A standout feature of their service is the initial diagnostic check.
