F5 Engine Carbon & DPF Clean

I booked my car in with Adrian for a preventative maintenance clean as the car had no running issues. Adrian was very knowledgeable and engaging, clearly knowing knowing his stuff. The car now has noticing more lower down torque and is quieter. Well worth having done. (2013 330D F31 94,500 miles)

Could not recommend this service any more if I tried! Arrived on time talked me through the whole process and explained and answer every question I had. The difference in the car is very noticeable and would recommend to anyone who asks and anyone who doesn’t ask!

Adrian arrived earlier than expected and was very thorough with the explanations as to how the carbon clean worked. He was happy to field questions and explained his answers clearly. The work carried out was done in a professional manner and the results are very impressive, with a car that is much smoother to drive, much smoother through the gears and that runs much quieter. I would highly recommend Adrian and will be using his again when the time comes.

I booked Adrian after reading the excellent reviews. He came exactly at the time he said he would. I found him very knowledgeable and he talked me through the whole procedure. At the time my car was suffering from an undiagnosed vibration which he said probably wouldn't be cured by a clean. He was very upfront about this but I had the full clean anyway. After the vibration was sorted by the purchase of a new clutch it is only now I can feel the benifit, the car drives lovely and smooth and the fuel consumption has improved to, having started using V power diesel. This combination of the clean and top grade fuel is definitely worth paying for. Thanks Adrian.

Engine Carbon Clean Full Diagnostics I had worried about my DPF filter and after diagnostic,no problems found. Everything is regenerating and works perfect. Very friendly guy with professional skills and advice. Car drives very smooth, now is better performance on START/STOP. Do not tested yet about my MPG ,but think fuel consumption is better now :) Highly Recommended! Thank you so much!

Although not having any major issues. Adrian checked over my vehicle and did the ECC. The car is driving much better and is a lot more quieter in idle the before. Would definitely recommend the services as Adrian is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I would use again.

I initially had Adrian out to my BMW 320D for a dpf issue, I was enquiring about a dpf clean. Adrian came and thankfully he would rather try and diagnose the root cause of the problem before selling me a dpf clean that won’t rectify the main issue itself and would re occur within months. After a live diagnostic Adrian diagnosed 2 faulty thermostats and I had 3 glow plugs down. The car wouldn’t regen because of the issues with the above items. I got the parts and fixed the vehicle myself and noticed a huge improvement, and the car did a regen by itself, I had Adrian out again 6 days later to do an engine clean for me and double check the issues were resolved. He talked me through the whole process and I was fully informed what was happening throughout. after the clean I did a 45 minute test drive and I instantly noticed improved throttle response, and smoother power delivery, after my drive I can safely say my fuel economy is up and I’m very happy with the results, I’d recommend Adrian from ECC to anyone

Have had Adrian round to do both of my cars, the service is second to none, turns up on time explains what he’s going to do, gets on with it, doesn’t mind me asking lots of questions and most important of all... after he’s done the clean my car runs better than ever, increased mpg, increased response, just feels like a better drive, will definitely be using Engine Carbon Clean East Midlands - F5ECC again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends or family.

Had my 3rd car looked after by the very Professional Adrian. Its now standard practice for me when changing car! Contacted Adrian on Wednesday (29 May), and he was working on my Mercedes C220 Coupe AMG sport today. The difference in the performance, acceleration and smoothness is just amazing. Adrian is a very nice chap who demonstrated and explained the cleaning system throughout the process and this allayed any concerns I'd previously had. Overall, great value with exceptional results. Highly recommend ECC.

Adrian arrived on time, went through the process. Ran full diagnostic check, only one error found. One hour later the car was running better than before the carbon clean. Money well spent. I would not hesitate to recommend Adrian's services.

This time on a newly purchased car which the engine ran sweet already but wanted a clean as a preventative measure and a full diagnostic to see if any codes or issues on the car. All historic codes where wiped and no new ones popped up and car is running like a dream and a little more torque at low revs. Top job and look forward to the next time

Adrian attended to carry out carbon clean after contacting him regarding the benefits of a clean and he was honest up front and in no way pushing for my business he explained everything in detail and all expectations, had my Audi A1 done and can honestly say runs smoother and more responsive over the moon

Absolutely fantastic service. ECC Adrian came out to look at my Audi A3 i had a issue with my EGR Valve & wasn,t sure if any other problems was showing up. So for a peace of mind i thought better to get a 2nd opinion & get it checkout rather than going to the garage paying big money & not knowing that was the proper fault that needed to be replace. Anyway Adrian explained in great detail on what the test was showing on is pad he made me feel more relax. If anybody as got uncertain issue,s with there car or thinking on buying a car look no further than ECC worth getting your car fully check out for a fee of £99 & Adrian comes out to you. Brilliant Service but most of all reassurance & puts any doubt you may have. Best to get a honest 2nd opinion & peach of mind.

This was my second clean from Adrian, this time on my 2.2 Transit works van. Again Adrian showing exceptional knowledge of his product and the vehicle he is cleaning. The van is running smoother and now pulls effortlessly. Adrian is extremely friendly and I would highly recommend his services to anyone thinking of having a clean done.

I thought our car was running fine, we had the engine carbon cleaned because last year we had problems with emissions when it went for its mot. Fingers crossed it goes through this year, the car is so smooth now, I did not expect it to feel any different but oh my god, it's amazing, it feels like a new car, not a 19 year old car with 156000 miles on it. Amazing, thank you.

Adrian has now carbon cleaned two vehicles for me in the past and I had no problem recommending His service to a Friend who had a 2011 Nissan Xtrail which was running a little "lumpy". After the clean my Friend was over the moon with the all around service and as a result the engine was clearly running much smoother. Adrian goes great lengths to fully explain the service and is more than happy to offer advice going forward with engine maintenance etc Excellent service and great communication from start to finish.

Some feedback from my drive post carbon cleaning. Although my car showed no serious issues, and this was more a preventative step for me, there were a number of noticeable improvements. The pick up from low rpm now feels much more linear and predictable, and at idle the S5 is now rock steady without any trace of hunting. Low gear up-changes also seem more fluid. Infact, the driving experience seems more buttery smooth all round. Thanks to Adrian for a great job and the heads-up on those mods and services which can allow us all to preserve these dwindling examples of normally aspirated V8 fun. Now, if I can just convince HMG to stop road taxing me into the poor house life will be perfect. Across the road has kindly offered to take the S5 out for a second opinion. An act of selfless sacrifice that I gently declined.

I had been recommended Adrian’s services by a work colleague who could speak highly enough of the service he had received. Although my car is regularly serviced and looked after, it was starting to feel a little tired, hesitant under acceleration and generally feeling it’s age so I contacted Adrian who was able to fit me in the next day. Communication was excellent and the next day the Carbon Clean was done in a little over an hour. Adrian took the time to explain what he was doing and how it could benefit and to his word he was right! Although my car is only five and half years old, it has done over 100k miles and without exaggeration, it’s now a different car; performance has improved dramatically, no more flat spots on acceleration, it runs much more smoothly and is less noisy. Over the course of the next week I will see if the MPG has improved but for now I can’t recommend this service enough, it has made me reconsider replacing my car anytime soon now

I thought my 2005 Land Cruiser was running quite well, so at 111000 miles decided on an engine clean to fit in with its up coming service. Adrian from east midland engine carbon clean arrived dead on time this morning and got started straight off, explaining the process as he worked, doing a full diagnostics check. He was happy to answer my questions and show me how his machine produced the hydrogen and oxygen used in the process and explained how it broke down and cleaned out the carbon. After he left I took it for a test drive, I was very pleased by the difference, smoother and quieter. A great result from a real professional guy, many thanks.

Honest friendly and genuine. My car after the clean is going 69.9mpg avg, from 54mpg I have driven it 150 miles since, smoother, quite, and best of all saved me some money in the long run. 100% my bmw next up

Adrian came to give my Vauxhall astra 1.4 Turbo a car on clean today! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He knew his stuff and was a very pleasant chappy also! Showed me how the carbon is cleaned via a video demonstration. Took me through the results of my vehicle diagnostics report he taken on the car and emailed my report also. Explained all that was needed. I can feel the results of the clean and I'm impressed with the overall service! Hes mobile to! 5* service. Would recommend to anybody!
