F5 Engine Carbon & DPF Clean

1st time I have used this company. Adrian is a very knowledgeable guy who knows his job. Would definitely recommend and use again.

A absolutely fantastic service from start to finish Adrian is a lovely guy very helpful and very knowledgeable he has now cleaned up 2 different cars for me and always had great results well worth the money and 100% recommend him.

Car was in limp mode with service light on. Adrian come out did diagnostic check which was the dpf pressure sensor. Got the sensor replaced but car was still in limp mode. Adrian advised the new sensor needs recalibrating. Booked another appointment with Adrian. Took him 10mins to recalibrate the new sensor and car was out of limp mode and driving normal again. So happy with the advice and service.

I phoned Adrian yesterday and arranged a time for a visit he arrived 15 min before arranged time and he came out his way to do my car. Adrian was very useful with knowledge about my vehicle and he explained what he was about to work on the car all this with a diagnostic readout throughout. A proper nice guy who knows his stuff and the results showed as the car was running a lot smoother I’m a very happy customer and would recommend to anyone.

This is the second time I have used this service for a car and excellent as before. Having this done to my previous car sorted a warning light issue which I was quoted a lot more to fix and this time after getting a new car wanted to make sure it was running at its best. Brilliant service and the car running better and improved fuel economy too. Great full diagnostics done too I definitely recommend having this done well worth it!!

I’ve not used Adrian for. Few years due to the obvious and I’ve done easily close to 50,000 since my last clean. After an hour my van is smoother, more responsive and giving an improved MPG going from 24/34 and now returning 38/39. Definitely worth doing as you also get to see the live data from the engine showing that things are running nicely. Also it’s always nice to see Adrian who’s professionalism and customer service is as good as ever. 👍🏻

A thoroughly professional outfit and immensely knowledgeable they explained the full carbon cleaning process in detail. Upon booking explained exactly what I should expect from this process and more importantly what the process cannot clean. Communication was excellent prior to arrival and throughout the process. Error codes were sent to me prior and post the clean and live data explained during the clean. I have already booked my second car in and would thoroughly recommend to anybody who is interested in getting their car carbon cleaned.

Excellent communication from Adrian from initial enquiry to completion. Noticed my VW T5 wasn't running very well, called Adrian to come and diagnose, did a engine clean while he was here and brought up a few fault codes. Struggle finding a reputable garage, so now going to a few garages with what I already know needs doing is a lot easier to get prices for and saves a "surprise" bill at the end. Would highly recommend his service and will be using again in the near future for engine cleans on other vehicles. T5 running smoother already. 👌

Adrian carried out a carbon clean on my car, the level of service that he offers is second to none. From being punctual on arrival, explaining fully the process that he takes the car through whilst carrying it out and explaining any issues that he finds. I would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for general maintenance, engine diagnostics or fault finding!

Excellent service used twice now, put a new breath of life into two cars I have owned. Noticeable difference both immediately with an extra crispness to the response from the throttle and over time a noticeable improvement to fuel economy. Friendly service and great contact both before and after.

Just had mine and my son’s Audi S3 carbon cleaned by Adrian, a very professional and knowledgeable guy. I have now had Adrian out on my previous Audi A4 3.0tdi and now twice on my S3 (first time was 9th Feb 2019). A full diagnostic before the clean, after the clean car feels smoother with a crisper response. I would highly recommend Adrian and the multi car discount was a bonus. Needed a diagnostic for my BMW 1 series to resolve a DPF error code. Adrian came on time, was very professional and resolved the issue without the need for a full DPF clean, therefore saving me money which he could have quite easily scammed out of me, but didn’t. I also had a carbon clean performed on my Kia Cee’d too. Both cars seemed smoother, sharper with a few extra MPG’s. I would highly recommend.

I had my Jaguar X type carbon cleaned by Adrian from F5 Engine Carbon Clean. The car was showing no faults but a bit noisy and with 98k on the clock thought I would give it a try. Adrian arrived exactly when he said he would, explained in great detail the process and expected results. One hour later, job complete - the engine runs considerably quieter and smoother, more responsive. The results are just what I wanted and cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Would definitely recommend to one and all, especially owners with diesel engined motors. I will not hesitate to call them again.

Adrian recently Carbon cleaned my van. He was punctual, offered excellent communication and his service improved the way that my van runs. The first thing Adrian did when I called was to ascertain that I had realistic expectations as to the benefits of a carbon clean. He is very honest, and certainly not just out to grab money. His service was extremely well organised and Adrian is very efficient. He carried out in depth live data analysis on the van whilst performing the clean, and shared relevant data/results with me immediately via WhatsApp. My van is now smoother, quieter and more responsive, and I am also now aware of another issue identified by Adrian which I can have repaired to save potential excessive wear on the engine. Adrian has since followed up via text message to ensure I am happy with everything. Adrian provides a top quality service on all fronts, and one which I will be sure to recommend widely. I had my car Carbon Cleaned by Adrian and I cannot recommend this highly enough. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything about the process so you know exactly what is going on. The whole process right from the enquiry stage up to actually having to carbon clean process was excellent. Really good communication and Adrian arrived on time. During the clean Adrian explained each of the steps and showed the processes happening and the live data as it was happening. As for the results, Well, surprisingly it feels a LOT different. Lots more low end power and smoother through the whole rev range. Its lost that little jerking action when letting off the accelerator too. Time will tell on the MPG. Certainly a returning customer when the time arrives.

I contacted Adrian and explained the issues I had with my car. This could of been a number of things going on with it as the engine management light came on and the car was in and out of limp mode. I was informed it was the DPF by another party, but this was not the case. However, Adrian booked me in and I was sorted the flowing day. He ran the diagnostics and the fault was with the EGR Valve and not the DPF. Whilst he was here he also gave the engine a clean through (as he deemed it safe to do so). Upon arrival Adrian presents himself in a very professional manner. Nice clean and tidy van, uniform etc. He keeps your car protected from damage throughout the duration he is here by covering over or around the engine bay. After he is done, a full diagnostics report is sent to you for your reference. I now can go with confidence to get my car fixed with the issues that have been brought up through the diagnostics.
