Because of the virus, David English helped talk me through accessing IPlayer by phone. He was very patient with my lack of knowledge of digital technology and extremely knowledgeable. He did not charge me anything as it was on the phone. I would recommend him to anyone.

David did an aerial job for me last week. Not only he had the face mask on even before he left his van, took his shoes off as soon as he entered the flat and always managed to keep the safety distance, but he completed the job in no time, leaving everything tidy, he showed me what the problem was, waited for me to check all was working and charged me the minimum he previously quoted, including a part he supplied himself. I must add the communication since the first contact I've had with him has been always clear and prompt and it was a pleasure to deal with him in person too. I'm so glad I've found such a great trader just by browsing online (which is always a hazard!) and couldn't recommend him more.

Very reassuring to find that a completely unknown can turn out so well. David came as agreed and once I had explained my requirements he very efficiently did everything as asked. Was happy to have him in my house, he cleared up any debris and took photos of the roof aerial, before and after, so I could be assured he had carried out his work as asked. It is always good to have photos. He thoughtfully placed the new wiring from the roof into my house so I don’t have too much wiring to look at from my garden. I will be in touch with him again to sort out my TVs once I have bought a new one. Very happy to recommend.

Having initially tried to put this right by phone David English visited my house and resolved the issue, bringing TV picture and sound back in less than 30 minutes. I have used him before on related issues including fixing an areal to the house roof. He is always pleasant, strait forward and efficient and his charges are reasonable. My fathers satellite dish stopped working. I found David who managed to arrive the same day and complete the job fast and without any mess. He was polite and the price was competitive.

David provided a fast, efficient and friendly service to review my TV aerial and did the whole job within two hours. What impressed me most was that rather than persuading me to buy a new aerial he reassured me that the existing one was fine and had a good signal. David turned up at the appointed time and explained what he had to do. He used the small Velux window in my loft room for roof access. He removed the old aerial and cable and took it with him. He was very informative throughout and advised on missing tile replacement which I will certainly look into. His price was what I expected from his original quote. I am very happy with the result.

David created an alcove in an internal wall and attached a 32in tv to an extending swivel bracket so that the tv can be pulled out and viewed from any angle. He communicated with us clearly regarding his availability, made recommendations on the most appropriate tv and once the job was underway got on with it with minimal fuss and mess. When he realised he could achieve a smarter finish to the alcove even though it would take more effort on his part, David went the extra mile and we are thrilled with the result. And he is also a thoroughly nice chap.

Needed removal of a TV aerial which fell following high winds. Also wanted to get removal and cleanup of other items left in a poor condition by a previous contractor. David responded to my initial enquiry within the hour, and was available to do the work the same day. He quickly identified what needed to be done, removing the old aerial and satellite dish and relocating the remaining dish and aerial. He worked quickly and neatly, leaving my systems in full working order and removing the old equipment. He was friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Complicated and messy legacy TV, internet and hardwired sound system cableing sorted out and re-wired. Helpful and efficient.

David came to wall mounted our TV and did an excellent job. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

David did some work on our house extending some network cabling around to 2 more rooms in our house and wiring up part of our house to a TV aerial on the roof. Both of these were done as hoped for - and our expectations were exceeded. For the data cabling he listened carefully to what we were trying to achieve and his solution involved far less cables around the outside of our house than anticipated. I think this is what sets him apart - he focussed on the objective of what we were after and came up with the best way of doing it - rather than be blindsided by what I thought was the right way to do it! The cables were neatly hidden behind a drain pipe externally - and after he left we discovered in our loft the incredibly neat and tidy way cabling was tied back around the perimeter out of loft. Wiring up the TV signal required a lot more work than anticipated and again the solution required some thought - and David's solution was incredibly ingenious with no extra visible wires. Overall we'd highly recommend David English's services without hesitation.
