My name is David English I have over 20 years experience in this industry. I'm a very hard working trustworthy person and I would treat your property with the same respect that I would my own home.
Most of my work comes from word of mouth and I think that says a lot.
The main services that I provide are the installation of TV aerials and satellite dishes for Freeview and satellite TV (Sky and Freesat)
Before I worked in this industry I worked in the building trade, during this time I picked up a Lot of tips from the trade. This has helped me in many aspects of the services that I offer. Including the demand for people wanting their flat screen TVs hung on the wall, Cables discreetly hidden in the walls and cables put under the floorboards and so on.
Some of the other services that I offer include installing telephone, CAT5 , CAT6 data points.
Installing all your media and data cables during the first fix of your refurbishment then doing the final fix and a signal test at the end of the refurbishment.

Internal telephone wiring problem was rapidly assessed, new wiring put in neatly and connected & phone is now working properly. David was slightly delayed in keeping the appointment, but kept us in touch, showing good consideration for the customer. All in all a happy experience.

I contacted David because of the reviews on Whichlocal and was not disappointed. He fitted us a new tv aerial (for freeview) because our digital signal was a bit patchy. Since then we have had perfect reception. He and Alf were courteous and careful not to make any mess despite it being a showery day. I would happily recommend them.

David installed a new aerial socket on the other side of the room to my existing aerial point, which involved identifying the correct cable coming off the roof aerial, splitting the cable and drilling through the outside wall. Everything was done with minimal disturbance, expert knowledge and a high standard of care all round. Would recommend.

David, came highly recommended through a good friend of mine. We had a problem with our BT boosters (given the weak internet signal in our house). You might say: easy problem to solve. Well, we had already spent £180 previously with another company and they had come in twice and still not been able to solve it. He was extremely helpful. If only all service providers were as thoughtful and took the same care as David! I was very pleased with his responsiveness to my initial inquiry but was even more impressed when he came to our house and made sure that the installation was the right solution for our space and equipment. I really appreciated his attention to detail and care over his work, almost like it was his own home. Replacing our faulty Sky remote with a spare free of charge was an added bonus. Great work by David. Professional and reliable. He called me to say he was on his way and completed the work as quoted. Perfect TV reception now with neat cabling inside and out. Reading all the previous positive commendations,the praise, the satisfaction, and the high approval others have expressed re David and Alfie (his apprentice/nephew) - there is nothing more I can add except to confirm it is all true and their charges are really reasonable. One could not find better service anywhere (I know as I've had 3 other TV installers/engineers who were hopeless.) Our satellite dish needed a new part installed together with a new quad cable to the television and set-top box. Having had David English before, I asked him to do this work. He did this in a most professional manner, testing his work every step of the way, and discussing his findings. He is extremely pleasant and explains the reason why he suggests doing certain things. This gives one real confidence. The work was done to my complete satisfaction, and I would recommend him thoroughly. He will gladly provide an estimate before starting work. My belief is that one should always ask for this, with any tradesman one employs.

I'd just moved into a new home and the whole place was running with various different cables from Sky, Virgin and Freesat. All I wanted to be able to do was use my Freeview box, but there was no aerial on the roof. I contacted David and he was able to pop round the day after I moved in. He installed an aerial on my roof and removed all the cables from my house. He also removed all the extra phone cables and repositioned the box into my lounge. Also on top of all that, he's a nice chap.
