I agreed to the work and they gave me a time frame to have the new replacement units made. They then contacted me to fit the units. They arrived on time, smartly dressed and carried out the work with a couple of hours. They tidied up after themselves leaving no mess and took the old units away with them. They explained exactly what they had done and explained the guarantee to me. The bill, which was very reasonable, exactly matched their quote. I would use them again if I needed further work doing.
