I used Enlightened Windows to replace a set of French doors in a traditional Cotswold property. Throughout the process, Chris and the team provided clear advice, explained all the options and delivered a really high quality product. Roald in particular provided fantastic service and was very patient with me taking my time over decisions. The quote provided was clear and remained the same through to completion. The installation team did a very neat job and also ensured all snagging items were addressed to a high standard, leaving a lovely finish. Thank you to the whole team!

Chris and his team provided an exceptional service and support from initial visit to follow up. We had three quotations for the work and they were all for a similar amount for similar products, but the quality of Chris's technical knowledge and advice was far greater than we got from the other companies and there was no high pressure sales, it was clear cut who we should use. Apart from alterations made by us Chris kept to the original quotation. Except from an existing extension we had the whole house reglazed with Alu clad triple glazing, and they dealt with the tricky problems of designing thicker triple glazing for a box shaped bay window. We were given detailed technical explanations of the fitting process as draught proofing was important to us. Chris's team sorted out problems with existing windows in the extension which had come from the same manufacturer but had been poorly fitted by the builder, and also sorted out some problems with draughts that did not involve windows all as part of Chris's service and all within original quote. Chris's team of workers were highly skilled and new there work inside out and were a joy to have around. I would highly recommend Enlightened windows they have a real enthusiasm for there work.

The Team at Enlightened Windows have been fantastic in helping us chose, oder and install lovely windows and doors for the conversion of a wooden outbuilding into our new living room. Enlightened Windows supplied and fitted around 40 units on our refurb project in Warwickshire. The windows were a key element of our remodelled house. Chris and his team were knowledgable, helpful and responsive from the start. They were immensely helpful selecting the right products and accurate and professional during the measuring and specification stage. The fitters were an absolute delight to have on site. Professional, diligent, skilled and fun. The inevitable minor snags on a job of this size were quickly dealt with by their great after care. I would have no hesitation using Enlightened Windows again and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Friendly, helpful, easy to get hold of and to talk to. Very knowledgeable about the product and happy to share that knowledge in a way that makes sense to you. The advice they gave about what sort of window or door would work best and be within my budget was good and fair; there was no hard sell, and I'm really happy with the result. The paint colour (light grey) looks good with the red brick on the outside and is pale enough to suit the inside. I really like it. The overall feel that exists in my kitchen and bathroom now is one of calm and light. The windows I opted for are double-glazed and suit the level of noise and insulation that I thought was necessary, and would suit my house. The fitters were professional, tidy, considerate and very good at their jobs. Chris and Roald are fabulous, too. The whole process was as smooth as these things can be, and I'm delighted with the result.

After two sets of failed windows over 30 years because of our exposed location, we looked long and hard for the best long term replacement. We discovered Enlightened Windows who supplied and fitted a complete set of Unik Funkis windows this autumn and we cannot praise them highly enough. From the first phone call to Chris and a visit to their HQ where he and Roald explained the intricate design and build of these windows, it was clear they were an extremely knowledgeable and helpful company. Two visits for measuring up ensured everything was in order and Roald proved endlessly patient in checking and rechecking all our specific requirements. Chris has a very good working relationship with the factory in Denmark and once dates for fitting were agreed, everything was delivered on time without hassle. The fitting team led by Richard were fantastic; their skill, care and meticulous attention to detail ensured it was a very straightforward process and, once fitted, it was almost impossible to tell that all the windows had been replaced, apart from the fact that we had beautiful new windows which drew very positive comments and enquires from neighbours and friends. Further, rooms which previously had obvious drafts are now draft free and warmer! In this day and age when so often quality products and good customer service seems wanting, Enlightened Windows have shown that some companies still pride themselves in delivering excellence; we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Communication was very good and we were made aware of any changes in advance. Any problems afterwards were quickly sorted. Really pleased with our new windows and doors.

The whole process was excellent! The team is fantastic from sales to fitting. All options are explained with samples to look at to make the best fit for renovation. Installation was quick and clean and has added a feature to my house. Premium product high-end look whilst being Energy efficient. Highly recommend.
