This work has just been completed and I am very happy. A team of two had the old roof off and waterproofed the area in one day. There was an issue - not of their making - that they sorted by getting a plumber out within 24 hours. Having started on Monday they finished by Thursday, plasterer in on Friday. Job done. I am very happy to recommend both the company and their staff and contractors. All abided by C-19 rules so my contact with them was minimal and I felt perfectly safe.

We used Ensign conservatory roof solutions to replace our old plastic roof, which was beginning to leak. A date was confirmed for work to commence the first week in December. Due to the virus I felt very apprehensive, but soon realised my worries were completely unfounded, the team of workers took great care to keep a suitable distance at all times. The old roof was removed and replaced in no time, the council inspector came to sign off there work. Every stage I was asked if I was happy with the work. This company were fantastic, I have never experienced such great workmanship, and would recommend them on the price, speed and quality of work.

Well, what can I say other than absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Their customer service is second to none, the lads from the installers, to the plasterer, to the electricians, to the girls in the office, are all professional, trustworthy and leave your home clean once finished. The insulated roof is miles better and heat retention is noticeable immediately. Ensign is the go to company, no one else comes near for customer service, cost and professionalism. I would highly recommend Ensign to all those thinking of an installation. Great workmanship from start to finish.

After having Ensign build our new Conservatory three years ago when we decided it was time for a new porch we only trusted Ensign for the Job. We were delighted with the whole job, the brickwork matched our house completely. The finishing touch the plastering was perfection & I have never experienced such tidy work. Ensign updated our veranda converting it into an orangery with canopy. They also fitted a porch to the front of our bungalow. We are really pleased and very happy, the finished job has exceeded our expectations. Throughout they communicated well. The whole team were nice and friendly, polite and very tidy.

The work was carried out on schedule and took shape rapidly, we are very pleased with our new conservatory and the replacement windows and doors. We contacted them shortly afterwards to inform them that one of the doors needed adjustment which they came back and sorted promptly.

The work was done exactly according to the promised schedule and there were no administrative difficulties. and no variations to the agreed price. The team who did the work were highly efficient, very friendly and helpful. From start to finish this was an exceptionally seamless and smooth project. Steve came initially to talk about the possibilities of a replacement conservatory and added all sorts of helpful suggestions with no hard sell or pressure to commit. Ensign doesn't have a showroom, so the price was far less than I'd expected. The old conservatory was taken down and additional foundations built; the shell of the new Garden Room swiftly erected; electrics, plastering, painting, flooring, cat flap installation and decking all done on time and done really well. All the workmen arrived on time, were helpful, really nice, tidy, and let me know each day who would be coming the following day and the job they would be doing. It was all done exactly as planned, spot on time; all done to budget and absolutely no hidden extras. One or two things needed tidying up at the end and Richard came immediately to sort it out. I now have a beautiful Garden Room that's light and warm and fabulous and can't wait to invite my family and friends to admire it. Thank you, Ensign.

We have converted our conservatory polycarbonate roof to a solid tiled roof. Excellent service from start to finish. A full explanation of what was available for our job and a very reasonable quote, without any pressure selling whatsoever. Then a well oiled team springs into action who are without exception extremely friendly, professional and give their all to the job. The job was finished in the specified time and we were kept fully informed at all times. The end result was exactly to specification and cannot be faulted. Decided to replace our 19 year old polycarbonate conservatory roof as was at the point of no return, we had originally received a price from Ensign in early 2020 but held back due to the pandemic. Decided to push the button this year and have to say was the best decision I've made, from start to finish the guys at Ensign have been amazing and extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the technical jargon resulting in a room we can now use throughout the year. The fitters, carpenter, Electrician, and plasterer were so friendly and clean throughout the 5 day process and a credit to everyone at Ensign Keep up the great work
