What a breath of fresh air to find a company these days that not only delivers what it has promised, but to do it so efficiently and professionally too. I now have a stunning extra room that I can use all year round and I cannot praise Steve and Richard and their team enough. All of the team, including plasterer and electrician, were friendly and courteous, they keep you informed throughout the whole process and leave the place spotless when they have finished. I have no hesitation in 100% recommending Ensign, with the whole process of replacing my conservatory roof, running smoothly from start to finish and completing on schedule. My only other recommendation - plenty of coffee and biscuits for the workforce, even though they don’t actually stop for breaks!!

Hi, myself & my wife had been thinking for a while now about getting our conservatory glass roof converted to a new tiled one has it always became uncomfortable to enjoy sitting in there during hot summer days. Luckily for us we were highly recommended your company from our friend Julie who had recently had there conservatory roof replaced. So now to let you know how pleased we are with our new conservatory roof and the fantastic service and professional workmanship we witnessed during the three days it took to complete the work. Everyone single person from the salesman, the surveyor, the builders, the electrician & finally the plasterer was polite & courteous and showed utter respect to us and our property. I would like to start with a special thank you to the father and son team ( I’m sorry we didn’t get their names ) who started the work for their outstanding skill & tireless commitment in doing their very best over the three days it took to complete the work, what a team they are and in our view a great asset to your company. I for one never in a million years would have imagined the work the goes into a roof conversion but can now see why it’s totally worth the cost.I would personally and without any doubt recommend this company to anybody who is thinking of having a conservatory roof conversion it will be hard to find anyone better. Now finally my wife and myself will be able to use our conservatory all year round. So once again Ensign thank you for a first class job.

Steve came along from Ensign and quoted to replace our existing 7m x 3m conservatory and made recommendations in terms of design and saving money by adapting the existing dwarf wall to suit. Once we accepted his quote, Richard then came to do the survey and we discussed and agreed a few amendments to the original plan. The frames were replaced, a new lantern roof installed and all the interior walls plastered. The floor was also raised to the same height as the house floor. Work started on the Monday and was completed by Friday when the electrician came and installed all the sockets and lighting. Although I made changes and added bits on as the build was in progress, they stuck to the quote. Couldn’t speak highly enough of Steve, Richard and the whole team who worked tirelessly to complete the job in a week. I highly recommend this company.

From the moment I contacted Ensign to make an enquiry the service was extremely professional and swift. We were keen to have our conservatory roof replaced due to our personal circumstances, my husband would at some point in the future need a downstairs bedroom. Ensign did an incredible job of fitting our work in extremely quickly and sadly we needed that bedroom sooner than we thought. The lads, Jay and Conner, who came and fitted the roof were excellent, hard working and polite; nothing was too much trouble. My husband was in hospital the week the roof was replaced and the lads were very kind and supportive whilst working as hard as they did. The electrician and plasterer worked hard too. When the roof was completed we couldn't be more pleased, it's amazing, a totally transformed room. We had one little query which we flagged: this was solved immediately.
