We found Ensign conservatories very accommodating, a very friendly team. The two guys who built the roof were very professional and friendly. Even when a slight problem arose they were reassuring and rectified the issue immediately. This plasterer was meticulous and the electricians lovely. All in all a good weeks work.

We have just had work completed to install a new roof on our conservatory plus removal of our adjoining patio doors and replastering work. We have been so impressed with the quality of service from Ensign. Steve came out initially to price up the job: no hard sell, listened to our requirements and offered sound advice. We were really happy with the price he quoted which fitted our budget. Richard, the installations manager, was easily contactable and nothing was too much trouble. He was very efficient and everything we discussed was put into action and completed on time. All the tradespeople who came out to work on the roof, the plastering, the interior electrics and complete finishing touches such as skirting boards, were polite, reliable and ensured the work was finished to a high standard. Again, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Jasmine in the office also for fast and efficient paperwork and clear communication. We would not hesitate to recommend Ensign and we are absolutely delighted with the finished job. What was a cold, damp conservatory which we could not really use for many months of the year, is now an integrated, modern, bright additional room which we can use all year round!

We have used Ensign Conservatory Roof Solutions previously when they replaced windows and doors, fitted Velux windows, and tiled the roofs of our conservatory and sun room. We were extremely pleased with everything - from the initial visit to the completed work, and therefore had no hesitation in choosing them again to do another job for us. Again we have received excellent service, from the initial visit to the fitting of two new windows today. The team arrived promptly, and were very courteous, and professional. They protected the flooring and furniture with dust sheets and washed down the paving slabs after they had finished. Having only recently moved in to our new house, we decided to replace our conservatory roof, the old one was way past its best. Our son had previously used Ensign to fit his new conservatory roof and highly recommenced them. Initially Steve came out to discuss our requirements and suggest a number of options all of which were very helpful, there was no hard sell or pressure to commit.
