We have converted our conservatory polycarbonate roof to a solid tiled roof. Excellent service from start to finish. A full explanation of what was available for our job and a very reasonable quote, without any pressure selling whatsoever. Then a well oiled team springs into action who are without exception extremely friendly, professional and give their all to the job. The job was finished in the specified time and we were kept fully informed at all times. The end result was exactly to specification and cannot be faulted. We highly recommend Ensign and would like to offer our sincere thanks to their whole team.

From start to finish, Ensign have been amazing. We wanted out conservatory replaced, on a limited budget, unsure of what options were available. Ensign staff offered advise, suggested things we'd not even considered or thought were possible and happily worked with us to find a solution that met our needs. We opted for a conservatory with a tiled roof and so glad we did. We now have a great room rather than a greenhouse. The operatives turned up early on the Monday and worked five days solidly to remove the old conservatory and replace with the new one. Everything was very organised and prepared so that the fit went smoothly. The guys didnt stop all week, their work ethic and quality of work is exceptional. They went above and beyond to make every little detail perfect. Would recommend this company and a big thanks to all the staff.

Having had a ridiculous initial quote for our glass roof to be made into a tiled one, we contacted Steve at Ensign. Their quote was thousands less than the first one we had. So much so that we decided to replace all of our wooden conservatory framework into upvc, including all the windows, and tile and insulate the roof. That quote was so good that we also replaced all of the windows in the house too. The guys took the whole thing down and rebuilt it so it was watertight, just in one day!. It took 2 more days to get it ready for plastering and electrics, and was finished totally shortly after. The windows in the house, and all of the cladding replacement at the front was all done in 2 more days. Absolutely fabulous job, professional lads with great work ethics. The difference in temperature out there is amazing now, and no more condensation on our bathroom windows either. All of the neighbours say the house looks great. We chose Ensign Conservatory roof solutions to replace our old polycarbonate conservatory roof. Steve came out to talk over options and a quote. He was very charming and knowledgeable, and made us feel really confident in this company. We decided on a flat orangerie roof with a glass lantern. We were given an immediate quote, and work started some 4 weeks later. Oh my goodness, what an amazing company, all components bespoke made at their Redditch factory. We are absolutely thrilled with our beautiful new roof. All work was carried out by a brilliant team of friendly guys who worked well together. The whole new roof took only 4 days to complete, and the room was water-tight on day one. Everything was well covered or moved and left clean and tidy when completed. We highly recommend Ensign; don’t hesitate to use them. What a brilliant company.

Im a retired bricklayer,recently moved from london to warwickshire.since completing my apprenticeship in 1977,Ive worked in every construction environment imaginable..domestic new builds and extensions,multi million pound developments,and lectured in construction in further education. Informed opinion trumps uninformed opinion i always say😀 So let me say ,as succinctly as possible,that this company is in a class all by itself.From the first visit,all my concerns about the awkwardness of of construction with regard to the adjacent garage and utility,were put to rest,and the products and materials clearly explained,as i had little experience of edpm roofs. The quoted price was exceptional,with a nominal deposit i was delighted to pay directly. On the first day i was so impresed,i immediately engaged them for some additional works,which were completed within 48 hrs! Their tradesman,carpenter/roofer/ Plasterer work to the very highest of standards,and pay attention to the smallest of details,constantly communicating,and giving options where needed. The surveying,and factory build work together in a way that other firms must find it impossible to match-a five day installation is completed in 48 hrs! In over 40 years in the industry,i have never been so impressed by any building contractor. I cannot recommend this company more thoroughly.

We have recently had the roof our our conservatory replaced and we are extremely pleased with the results. The team arrived promptly on the agreed date and worked tirelessly over the next few days to complete the work, clearing up after themselves each day. Any problems were quickly rectified and the work was completed to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Ensign to friends and family.

We shopped around looking at different "systems" with pushy pitches, worrying vagueness on what might be delivered etc. All very different with Ensign - from day 1 Steve listened to & understood our requirements and clearly provided all the information we needed to know to be confident in choosing Ensign, and they haven't disappointed. We now have a completely new, real roof that also retains the height of the ceiling (unlike some systems) - and it's WARM - tested well in the recent cold spell, and also doesn't heat up quickly in the sun. It's really added to our home. The guys did a fantastic job on site, very tidy and efficient, really helpful with an eye for detail, friendly and polite. Brilliant job. There was a small glitch with a new high level window supplied to Ensign which was just "one of those things" and it was dealt with swiftly, positively and helpfully, no dramas. I highly recommend Ensign for their professional yet friendly service, outstanding quality of work and final finishes, and a product that's spot on. Thank you!

We now have a superb conservatory built to a high specification and within the expected timescale. From the first meeting with Steve Dodd to discuss our requirements, through the design stage and onto the actual construction we have nothing but praise for the quality of the work and the friendly and helpful attitude of all involved. We used Ensign to replace our conservatory roof because they are a local company not a franchise of a larger company. The price was competitive and compared favourably with quotes from other companies. Ensign were always on hand and replied to our queries from initial consultation to final sign off promptly and to our satisfaction. The construction team were courteous and hardworking and the workmanship was carefully carried out and the site cleaned and in good order upon completion. A couple of very minor niggles were also dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. In terms of aesthetics, the finished conservatory looks just how we wanted and blends in well with the house. In terms of heat efficiency, I can tell the difference already and now we have a room that can be used all year round. We recommended Ensign to some friends even before the work was finished and still stand by that recommended.

Ensign did a fantastic job putting a new solid roof on our 5 meter X 3 meter conservatory in less than a week! This included plastering and new lights. We love the roof as it has transferred the conservatory into a proper room. This was definitely money well spent.

We approached Ensign Conservatory Roof Solutions as a local company to quote for the replacement of our previous glass roof with a light weight tiled and insulated roof. We were impressed with the way in which they drew up the specification for the work to be undertaken, guiding us as appropriate on the detailing of the finish etc. A site survey was undertaken, giving us the opportunity to clarify details and a date was agreed for the commencement of the work. The work was completed over a 5 day period and the team undertaking the work were excellent and kept us informed of progress at all times. It was obvious throughout the project that a lot of planning had gone into ensuring that the installation on site would go as smoothly as possible by such things as the pre-cutting of roof timbers to size. As a result the project ran to plan and we are delighted with the end result. The whole project was extremely well organised, the work was undertaken to a high standard, the installation team were excellent and we were kept informed throughout .

What a difference, our old roof was leaking and going brittle (14 years old). The new roof is brilliant, looks good from inside and out, is amazingly well insulated making the room much more useable. Can't fault the team, from planning to completion all went to schedule. Friendly, tidy hard working team, brilliant plasters loved the curved joints and they even swept and hosed down our patio afterwards.
