Having only recently moved in to our new house, we decided to replace our conservatory roof, the old one was way past its best. Our son had previously used Ensign to fit his new conservatory roof and highly recommenced them. Initially Steve came out to discuss our requirements and suggest a number of options all of which were very helpful, there was no hard sell or pressure to commit. We decided on a tiled roof with two Velux windows, which was a great addition. The Ensign team arrived on the appointed day and ensured all of our personnel possessions were well protected or moved out of harms way. The new roof was completed within the allotted time including electrical work and part plastering. The whole process proved to be completely trouble free and completed to a very high standard. The whole team were polite, helpful and very clean workers, a true credit to the company. We have converted our conservatory polycarbonate roof to a solid tiled roof. Excellent service from start to finish. A full explanation of what was available for our job and a very reasonable quote, without any pressure selling whatsoever. Then a well oiled team springs into action who are without exception extremely friendly, professional and give their all to the job. The job was finished in the specified time and we were kept fully informed at all times. The end result was exactly to specification and cannot be faulted. Having had a ridiculous initial quote for our glass roof to be made into a tiled one, we contacted Steve at Ensign. Their quote was thousands less than the first one we had. So much so that we decided to replace all of our wooden conservatory framework into upvc, including all the windows, and tile and insulate the roof. That quote was so good that we also replaced all of the windows in the house too. The guys took the whole thing down and rebuilt it so it was watertight, just in one day!. It took 2 more days to get it ready for plastering and electrics, and was finished totally shortly after. The windows in the house, and all of the cladding replacement at the front was all done in 2 more days. Absolutely fabulous job, professional lads with great work ethics. The difference in temperature out there is amazing now, and no more condensation on our bathroom windows either. All of the neighbours say the house looks great. From start to finish, Ensign have been amazing. We wanted out conservatory replaced, on a limited budget, unsure of what options were available. Ensign staff offered advise, suggested things we'd not even considered or thought were possible and happily worked with us to find a solution that met our needs. We opted for a conservatory with a tiled roof and so glad we did. We now have a great room rather than a greenhouse. The operatives turned up early on the Monday and worked five days solidly to remove the old conservatory and replace with the new one. Everything was very organised and prepared so that the fit went smoothly. The guys didnt stop all week, their work ethic and quality of work is exceptional. They went above and beyond to make every little detail perfect. Would recommend this company and a big thanks to all the staff.

We chose Ensign Conservatory roof solutions to replace our old polycarbonate conservatory roof. Steve came out to talk over options and a quote. He was very charming and knowledgeable, and made us feel really confident in this company. We decided on a flat orangerie roof with a glass lantern. We were given an immediate quote, and work started some 4 weeks later. Oh my goodness, what an amazing company, all components bespoke made at their Redditch factory. We are absolutely thrilled with our beautiful new roof. All work was carried out by a brilliant team of friendly guys who worked well together. The whole new roof took only 4 days to complete, and the room was water-tight on day one. Everything was well covered or moved and left clean and tidy when completed. Im a retired bricklayer,recently moved from london to warwickshire.since completing my apprenticeship in 1977,Ive worked in every construction environment imaginable..domestic new builds and extensions,multi million pound developments,and lectured in construction in further education. Informed opinion trumps uninformed opinion i always say😀 So let me say ,as succinctly as possible,that this company is in a class all by itself.From the first visit,all my concerns about the awkwardness of of construction with regard to the adjacent garage and utility,were put to rest,and the products and materials clearly explained,as i had little experience of edpm roofs. The quoted price was exceptional,with a nominal deposit i was delighted to pay directly. On the first day i was so impresed,i immediately engaged them for some additional works,which were completed within 48 hrs! Their tradesman,carpenter/roofer/ Plasterer work to the very highest of standards,and pay attention to the smallest of details,constantly communicating,and giving options where needed. The surveying,and factory build work together in a way that other firms must find it impossible to match-a five day installation is completed in 48 hrs! In over 40 years in the industry,i have never been so impressed by any building contractor. I cannot recommend this company more thoroughly.

I have to say that the work carried out by the roof fitters was second to none and they were very helpful on all aspects of the conversion. It was a pleasure to have them working on our conversion. The plasters did a very good job and again they were very efficient and the work was to a high standard. The electrician completed the build and was again very helpful. Last of all the staff in the office coordinated the conversion so that the it was delivered on time and to a high standard. I would highly recommend this company.

Decided to replace our plastic conservatory roof and Ensign were recommended to us. Was extremely happy with our quote from Steve and decided to cancel a visit from a different supplier and go with Ensign. Rees and Morgan worked extremely hard. They covered our patio every day and everywhere was left spotless. Our roof looks fantastic and we are really pleased with it. The inside is just as nice. False wall built to cover windows overlooking next door’s fence and lovely shaped ceiling with spotlights. Looking forward to having an extra room we actually use in summer and winter, rather than just using it for storage. Would definitely recommend Ensign, you won’t be disappointed.

Well, what can I say other than absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Their customer service is second to none, the lads from the installers, to the plasterer, to the electricians, to the girls in the office, are all professional, trustworthy and leave your home clean once finished. The insulated roof is miles better and heat retention is noticeable immediately. Ensign is the go to company, no one else comes near for customer service, cost and professionalism. I would highly recommend Ensign to all those thinking of an installation. Great workmanship from start to finish.

We would definitely recommend this company. From our first contact to completion every one we dealt with were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. The work was carried out on schedule and took shape rapidly, we are very pleased with our new conservatory and the replacement windows and doors. We contacted them shortly afterwards to inform them that one of the doors needed adjustment which they came back and sorted promptly.

Ensign updated our veranda converting it into an orangery with canopy. They also fitted a porch to the front of our bungalow. We are really pleased and very happy, the finished job has exceeded our expectations. Throughout they communicated well. The whole team were nice and friendly, polite and very tidy.

From initial appointment to completion we were really pleased with the service and products along with suggestions to make the new tiles match the main roof. Ensign Roofing fitted a New roof to our conservatory. From the initial quotation to the completion of fitting the roof the service has been excellent. They were very competitive on the price and very professional in what they advised they would carry out. All the tradesmen that they used were very polite nothing was too much trouble. The work was done exactly according to the promised schedule and there were no administrative difficulties. and no variations to the agreed price. After many quotes we decided to use Ensign after a visit from Steve who made us feel we had found the right company. There was no hard sell and from start to finish the installation and care was second to none. The workmen installed a solid roof replacing the cold plastic existing roof. We also had a big window installed and a large section of brickwork removed. The quality of work and finish was excellent, workers tided up every day and left their tools stacked neatly to one side ready for the next day. The electricians, plasterer and other trades turned up on time and made the the installation run very smoothly and on time. The finish of pointing, lead work, drainage, plastering, electrics etc all was faultless. I have waited to go through a winter before reviewing to get a good feel for the performance of the new roof and I must the say its kept the heat in really well. I'm blown away as to how effective the new roof is. The outside appearance is brilliant and ties in with the existing tiles nicely. Overall this company is a must for a roof replacement, not only is the quality brilliant it was the best on price compared to the national companies and other local firms. I'm so glad I choose this firm to carry out the installation and Steve was true to his word and delivered a brilliant return for our outlay and have made us very happy by transforming our home.
