Fitters did a great job and were great to get on with while they were working on conservatory they didn't stop for tea breaks every half hour but just got on with the job in hand. The time they were on site the fitters were always polite and helpful with answering any questions. I would gladly recommend ENSIGN if I was asked for a good conservatory company who can be trusted to do an excellent job. Richard was a great help in the planning and explaining how the work would be carried out. Reece and Morgan the fitters were hard working and great to get on with.

We have just had work completed to install a new roof on our conservatory plus removal of our adjoining patio doors and replastering work. We have been so impressed with the quality of service from Ensign. Steve came out initially to price up the job: no hard sell, listened to our requirements and offered sound advice. We were really happy with the price he quoted which fitted our budget. Richard, the installations manager, was easily contactable and nothing was too much trouble. He was very efficient and everything we discussed was put into action and completed on time. All the tradespeople who came out to work on the roof, the plastering, the interior electrics and complete finishing touches such as skirting boards, were polite, reliable and ensured the work was finished to a high standard. Again, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Jasmine in the office also for fast and efficient paperwork and clear communication. We would not hesitate to recommend Ensign and we are absolutely delighted with the finished job. What was a cold, damp conservatory which we could not really use for many months of the year, is now an integrated, modern, bright additional room which we can use all year round!

We had 3 different companies visit us to quote for a new replacement conservatory roof. Ensign were the only company who showed real interest in what we wanted, gave us some additional ideas and options, explained everything in detail and were far more competitively and realistically priced. Ensign fitted a new 'P' shape conservatory roof and removed a supporting wall to open up the kitchen into the conservatory area. At times it was a bit manic as we had 2 roof fitters, 2 builders, 2 electricians and a plasterer on site at the same time, but everyone did what they needed to do. The job took 7 days to complete (5 days for the roofers + 2 days internal plastering). From the start we pushed for building notice on the roof and structural wall opening as this was an important factor for us and Ensign did exactly that. It was reassuring to personally see the council inspector on-site during the work and re-visit after completion to sign off the work. I think it helped that we were on-site most days which allowed us to talk to the fitters, builders and electricians and make sure the fine details were captured and nothing was missed. It was also good to witness the guys leak test the roof after completion with a hose pipe for 15 minutes! Overall, a great service from all that are associated with Ensign. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend Ensign Conservatory Roof Solutions to anyone wanting a new conservatory or replacement conservatory roof!

What a breath of fresh air to find a company these days that not only delivers what it has promised, but to do it so efficiently and professionally too. I now have a stunning extra room that I can use all year round and I cannot praise Steve and Richard and their team enough. All of the team, including plasterer and electrician, were friendly and courteous, they keep you informed throughout the whole process and leave the place spotless when they have finished. I have no hesitation in 100% recommending Ensign, with the whole process of replacing my conservatory roof, running smoothly from start to finish and completing on schedule. My only other recommendation - plenty of coffee and biscuits for the workforce, even though they don’t actually stop for breaks!!

Steve came along from Ensign and quoted to replace our existing 7m x 3m conservatory and made recommendations in terms of design and saving money by adapting the existing dwarf wall to suit. Once we accepted his quote, Richard then came to do the survey and we discussed and agreed a few amendments to the original plan. The frames were replaced, a new lantern roof installed and all the interior walls plastered. The floor was also raised to the same height as the house floor. Work started on the Monday and was completed by Friday when the electrician came and installed all the sockets and lighting. Although I made changes and added bits on as the build was in progress, they stuck to the quote. Couldn’t speak highly enough of Steve, Richard and the whole team who worked tirelessly to complete the job in a week. I highly recommend this company.

An excellent job from start to finish. The builders worked tirelessly and professionally to complete a large conservatory roof in the allotted time with an excellent result. Followed by excellent service from the plasterer and the electrician. Everyone was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Had our 32 year old ultra light conservatory with polycarbonate roof replaced as hot in summer and freezing in the winter - kept the original low walls and had new frame with new insulated roof - not cheap but a third of the cost of having a replacement extention Polite and efficient from the start with knowledgable salesperson who was able to give us several ideas and answer all our questions. Started on the date discussed with polite and tidy workmen who were happy to answer our questions as the work progressed. Turned up and left at the same time each day and worked hard Project integrated well with the electrician (who again explained the options to us and was very helpful) and the plasterer. Very neat installation of upstairs windows so no decoration required. Minor issue with guttering after completion but returned the next day to remedy this. Would definately recommend to others

The quality and price of this conservatory is excellent. Insulation very good. We are very pleased with the end result. The builders were great, pleasant and efficient. A really good company.

This work has just been completed and I am very happy. A team of two had the old roof off and waterproofed the area in one day. There was an issue - not of their making - that they sorted by getting a plumber out within 24 hours. Having started on Monday they finished by Thursday, plasterer in on Friday. Job done. I am very happy to recommend both the company and their staff and contractors. All abided by C-19 rules so my contact with them was minimal and I felt perfectly safe.

We found Ensign conservatories very accommodating, a very friendly team. The two guys who built the roof were very professional and friendly. Even when a slight problem arose they were reassuring and rectified the issue immediately. This plasterer was meticulous and the electricians lovely. All in all a good weeks work.

Ensign replaced our original conservatory polycarbonate roof with a tiled insulated roof, work was carried out earlier than quoted but this suited us fine and fitted in with other work we were having done. Ensign's project management was excellent, with each service turning up on time, all work completed within a week. We had seen Ensign's work on a friend's conservatory roof and when Ensign gave us their quote we immediately booked them to do the work without getting other companies to quote as the price was so much lower than we had expected. It is amazing the difference the new roof has made to the conservatory, the room is now the same temperature as the rest of the house even on a frosty morning or on a sunny afternoon. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the work carried out by Ensign. Completely professional organisation, all work was done to the agreed schedule and budget. The small team who came out were were all fantastic, professional, polite, and knowledgeable and worked really hard to complete the work on time. I was worried the conservatory wouldn't be warm enough once I took the conservatory door out, but it is as warm as toast. Definitely recommend this organisation and their product. After having Ensign build our new Conservatory three years ago when we decided it was time for a new porch we only trusted Ensign for the Job. I contacted ensign after completing a search for a local company, from the onset they were very helpful and covered all the aspects of what to expect during the process. The first team arrived as arranged, and removed the old roof with minimum fuss and bother, they then installed the wooden beams, and made the structure water proof overnight, they returned the next day to complete their part of the works, adding the insulation and roof windows. The third day the electrician and two plasterers arrived to complete the build. The whole process was completed as stated in three days to a very high standard. We are extremely pleased with the finished roof, and looking forward to using the room, we would be very happy to recommend Ensign Conservatory Roof Solutions.

We had wanted to replace our glass conservatory roof for a while as it was too hot or too cold to use. We were recommended to Ensign in Redditch by friends who were very satisfied with the work that they had carried out by them. The whole process from starting with a pleasant informal visit from Steve to the completion of the new roof was done with total care and attention and we are more than satisfied with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Having only recently moved in to our new house, we decided to replace our conservatory roof, the old one was way past its best.
