We recently had our conservatory roof replaced by this team. Our Amdega conservatory was good to look at but not fit for purpose. The usual story of too hot in the summer and cold in the winter. To make this large area more usable, we decided to replace the roof. After much research, we chose Ensign and could not recommend them highly enough. The whole team from Jean, who initially visited our house to Steve, who owns the business and his son Joe have been highly professional. The team who fitted the roof were prompt, courteous, tidy and the end result is an exceptionally attractive roof. Very pleased with the end result. Highly recommended.

Wow, Ensign did an amazing job on our roof. They transformed our old tatty conservatory roof into a modern tiled roof with sky-lights. the two roof fitters were excellent and arrived nice and early every morning, they were really pleasant, friendly and professional. Joe was always on hand at the other end of the phone or visiting in person to offer support and guidance and was always happy to help us in achieving the finish we wanted for the roof. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they were willing to work around us at every moment. The roof looks amazing as does the new window and French-door. In terms of price, Ensign were the most competitive company of the five we spoke to and I am so glad we chose them for the work. The end result is just fantastic and we are really pleased. A considerable amount of work to do in unhelpful weather conditions, up to 8 people on site at key moments and a core team of four worked non-stop to get the orangery installed and watertight after just day two. We were impressed at how well it all fitted together, the quality of components was impressive, the teams fought the weather and kept the site tidy at the same time. Now we are using it, it is warm and welcoming, and we love using our new usable space. Also worth a mention, our neighbours were impressed with the team working on the build and were very complimentary about them. Thanks to Steve for helping us to find a design, which we are more than happy with, Sean, Lee, J, Connor our main team, John the plasterer, the electricians and the other team who came to help with the roof and not forgetting Richard who managed the build and Joe who also helped with the organising.

We used Ensign conservatory roof solutions to replace our old plastic roof, which was beginning to leak. A date was confirmed for work to commence the first week in December. Due to the virus I felt very apprehensive, but soon realised my worries were completely unfounded, the team of workers took great care to keep a suitable distance at all times. The old roof was removed and replaced in no time, the council inspector came to sign off there work. Every stage I was asked if I was happy with the work. This company were fantastic, I have never experienced such great workmanship, and would recommend them on the price, speed and quality of work.

Very impressed with the level of service from the start of the process all the way to the end of installation and information provided by Ensign employees. The actual change to the conservatory with the roof and bifold doors is fantastic we will as a family get a lot of enjoyment from the improved space created for many years to come. We had a minor hiccup but this was corrected within the hour professionally and quickly. I would not hesitate using Ensign again in the future. Excellent company the work was carried out to a very high standard, and any concerns or questions I had they put my mind at ease every step of the way. The builders carrying out the work (Conor, Jay and Darren) were very friendly and hard working, I cannot fault this company. I'm glad I made the right choice in choosing them to transform my conservatory it's now a functional room we can use all year round. I Would highly recommended.

In 30 years of being a homeowner, I have never used a more efficient, diligent and reliable company. The communication was first class from quoting to job completion. The fitters, plasterer and electrician used were punctual, polite, efficient and tidy. Having seen a finished roof from Ensign elsewhere, I was happy to pay the nominal amount that was the difference between the cheapest quote and theirs and I am glad I did. Hi, myself & my wife had been thinking for a while now about getting our conservatory glass roof converted to a new tiled one has it always became uncomfortable to enjoy sitting in there during hot summer days. Luckily for us we were highly recommended your company from our friend Julie who had recently had there conservatory roof replaced. So now to let you know how pleased we are with our new conservatory roof and the fantastic service and professional workmanship we witnessed during the three days it took to complete the work. Everyone single person from the salesman, the surveyor, the builders, the electrician & finally the plasterer was polite & courteous and showed utter respect to us and our property. I would like to start with a special thank you to the father and son team ( I’m sorry we didn’t get their names ) who started the work for their outstanding skill & tireless commitment in doing their very best over the three days it took to complete the work, what a team they are and in our view a great asset to your company. I for one never in a million years would have imagined the work the goes into a roof conversion but can now see why it’s totally worth the cost.I would personally and without any doubt recommend this company to anybody who is thinking of having a conservatory roof conversion it will be hard to find anyone better. When I decided to put a roof on my conservatory, Ensign did a perfect job. I had a wood-burner installed but where the flue when through the roof there was a permanent leak when it rained. This was due to how it was badly sealed by the wood-burner installers. Ensign came to the rescue led by Richard and his team. He stripped the one side of the roof and sealed the flue correctly. Thank-you so much Richard and Ensign Brilliant job!

Ensign removed a 25 years old conservatory with a polycarbonate roof with a new conservatory with bifold doors and a solid roof. The room is a great improvement. The work was completed on time, to the agreed price and has exceeded our expectations.

We had a large but old picture window replaced (with modern thermal properties). The window is about 14' x 6' in total and was totally redesigned with all the necessary trims to avoid any future decorating. The job was completed extremely efficiently within a day. The installers were well mannered and polite. They cleared up at the end of the job and took away all of the old window and rubbish. The job was completed on time and to budget. The final result looks stunning.

We would definitely recommend Ensign, there was no hard sell from the beginning. On the day of the build the guys were on time and got the old roof off and the new roof watertight by the end of the day. They were hard working and tidy. The electrician was on time. The plasterer was on time and finished the job on schedule.

From first contact to finishing the work the whole experience with Ensign was trouble free. Fitters turned up Monday morning and completed our job which was taking down the old and tired conservatory and replacing roof and windows with a new tiled roof and up to date windows. Job was done in less than 4 days and we couldn't be more than happy with results. Thanks Ensign would highly recommend to anyone.

Ensign Conservatory Roof Solutions were recommended to me by friends. Steve, the owner came to our house to discuss options and price. I placed an order. Two weeks before the installation date a site survey was carried out to enable the roof to be pre-made in their workshop and made into an installation kit for ease of assembly on site. On the installation date, Justin and Simon arrived bright and early, and began working, by the end of day one the old roof was removed, the new timber roof frame was installed, and insulated, and the membrane attached, so the conservatory was watertight overnight. Day 2, again Justin and Simon arrived early along with John the electrician, who after a chat with myself proceeded to carry out the first fix for the downlights and switch. Once the cables were installed Justin and Simon fitted the insulating quilting, and plasterboards. In addition they replaced a failed original glazed panel, and replaced our wooden garage back door and window for a modern UPVC units. Day 3, the fitters completed the facia, soffit, and guttering, and installed the tiled roof panels, with lead to the brickwork. Kyle the plasterer carried out the plastering work. At the end of day 3 the roof installation was completed. Day 4, John the electrician installed the downlights and light switch. All finished. The installers are a credit to ENSIGN, incredibly hard working guys, along with John and Kyle. I highly recommend Ensign, a fantastic quality installation
