Installer arrived at scheduled time and did work very quickly. He also proposed a much neater solution when the initial solution proved unworkable. Fan is not particularly quiet but extremely effective in keeping bathroom dry and I wish I'd had one installed earlier. Good value.

I have used Charlie and Envirovent on 2 occasions, firstly in my mothers flat and then again in a rental property. On both occasions we have been very happy with the professional and friendly service we received. We were having a big problem with condensation and damp in our 100 year old house. We learned of Envirovent through a web search and had two fans fitted, one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. Jan and Alan have been very helpful and the fans are amazing. They run constantly at a low level and can hardly ever be heard, but when the moisture levels rise they spring into life! In our bathroom the mirrors don't even steam up during showers and the levels of condensation in the cool corners of rooms has noticeably dropped. Highly recommended.

We had an Envirovent system installed a little while ago and I have to say it is absolutely brilliant. Since it was fitted we have had zero condensation on our windows. No sign of any more mould on our walls. I believe it has also reduced the need for us to use our bathroom extractor fan as well. Fitting took no more than a couple of hours. The system is also quite quiet. There was no mess and the fitter was polite and efficient. Now I will agree that they are expensive but I think they are worth it for the improved air quality and the eradication of condensation and mould. Ours was purchased using zero per cent finance. I also saw one being used on DIY SOS the Big Build for a lady having to have home dialysis. I would have no hesitation in recommending Envirovent Essex to anyone.

A condensation control unit was fitted in my tenanted one bedroom ground floor flat a few years ago. It was installed in the hall and made a significant difference by eliminating condensation and mould throughout the flat. Unfortunately several ground floor flats were severely flooded and then refurbished. During this time the condensation control unit was taken out of service. When the building work was complete I contacted Envirovent who tested and re-commissioned the existing unit and issued a new five year warranty. Good service and value for money.

We are a letting agents so we have our fair share of damp related issues. However, we were introduced to Envirovent last year and haven't looked back and we have now used them in over 20 properties. Jan & Alan are a delight to work with and also offer expert reports and service. The fans are the best on the market and whilst they are not the cheapest they are worth every penny. The whole process from start to finish was easy and stress free. I was suffering from discolored patches and mould in a downstairs bathroom and contacted Envirovent. Ian Mantrippe came out promptly identified the problem, recommended a filter-less fan and sent me a written quote by the end of the day. Installation was carried out by two young men who were friendly and neat workers. Ian made contact post installation to check that everything was OK and was very helpful in answering a supplementary question that I had. To date I am happy with my new fan and would gladly recommend Envirovent West London.
