We had a wall mounted unit supplied & fitted by Envirovent in our previous flat. As we were so happy with the level of service & the product provided to us. As soon as we found we had a condensation problem in our new house causing black mould to grow in around the main bedroom, we knew straight away it would only get worse. With no hesitation we contacted Envirovent South West and was greeted by Charlie Bisby who is a very polite, kind & professional individual..who explained we were right that call again and thanked us for our returning custom! As were now a house owner we could go for the more powerful Mr Lofty unit. He explained the benefits of having this kit, the logistics of what was going to happen next, how & where it was to be installed and a few tips to get the best from the unit...what was more we have a basic Envirovent unit in the bathroom and was impressed with the cyclone units installed in our previous property. But as he is a decent & honest gentleman he advised that the unit was sufficient especially factoring in that the Mr lofty unit was in-situ with it, so there was no need to upgrade. I admired that. The install was problem free. And the problem areas have been cleaned and painted & have not returned. Also the house feels nice & fresh also alleviating the stress of looking the that horrible black mould & the worry that it will harm us & our children...Big Thumbs up from the Dowdens in Tavistock #highlyrecommended

Installer arrived at scheduled time and did work very quickly. He also proposed a much neater solution when the initial solution proved unworkable. Fan is not particularly quiet but extremely effective in keeping bathroom dry and I wish I'd had one installed earlier. Good value.

Perry conducted the initial survey, we felt under no pressure to proceed and were grateful for the thorough and useful information he provided. Perry provided us with a full report of the issues with our property and a quote, with breakdown. We decided to go ahead with 2 cyclone fans and a loft ventilation system. Work was arranged and completed, again the engineer was helpful, tidy and informative. Perry and customer services were on hand to answer queries. The products have proved to be well worth the investment. We noticed a considerable difference within days and our significant condensation problem has been completely resolved. Can't recommend Envirovent enough.

We already have Mr Venty, and we are big fans! Literally overnight we noticed a change. My partner used to wake up all stuffy and would cough a lot in the mornings (we don’t smoke). Overnight this stopped. Every winter he would get flu which would lay him low for a week (he has no spleen so is more vulnerable). This is our third or fourth winter with it and he has only had one mild bout of flu, nothing like before. Incredibly after venty was installed the mould did not return (we did of course clean/remove it thoroughly, and apply a mould prevention product), but even more amazing was that the condensation stopped!!! All we get now is a little condensation on the bottom of the glass when it’s very cold, below freezing. We tell everyone about it! And we will install PIV wherever we live. The health benefits alone are worth it.

I have to thank Iain for his services in surveying, recommending and then installing the MEV Spider at my home. The unit is working great, and I can definitely see the value in my investment because after a bath/shower the moisture in the air is clearing very quickly - from all 3 bathrooms. The installation happened mid-way through a loft conversion and Iain came back a couple of times for final installation and commissioning, I am very grateful for his patience. I recommend this product and service.

The work was carried out promptly, efficiently and expediently. Would always turn to Envirovent for guidance on controlling, preventing and resolving a damp/ventilation problem in housing, particularly with rented accommodation, as often the problem is associated with lifestyles.
