We had issued with condensation which we really wanted to cure. We contacted Charlie who visited the property and gave us a free, whole house, no obligation report and recommendation. We took the recommendation of the installation of a Mr Venty loft unit. An installation date was promptly arranged for within the coming 2 weeks. The installer (Ezra) fitted the unit and did a neat and tidy job. The unit has been running for less than a week and you can feel the improvement in the air quality already. An excellent service from start to finish and a long 5 year warranty gives added peace of mind as well as demonstrating confidence in the quality of the product.

I would highly recommend EnviroVent. I've had an ongoing condensation problem in my bathroom, which could not be fixed with ordinary ventilation due to lack of external access. Mike and the team came up with a brilliant solution with the vent being inconspicuous yet highly effective. The property is an old Victorian flat, and I was expecting installation to be problematic based on previous work experience, however the team did a fantastic job of navigating my "unusual" layout and electrics. Very happy with the whole service and only wish I had called them sooner!

Since moving into our house we had a problem with condensation and mould in the bedroom. We tried several things such as those trays to absorb moisture, wiping down the windows each morning etc but nothing worked and the black mildew was spreading. Grant visited our home and quickly identified the issue was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom which is adjacent to the bedroom. He recommended a two step strategy. The first step to fit a vent into the bathroom and the second step was only if the first did not work (I now cannot remember the second step!). A fitter did a great job putting in the vent which is small and non offensive (small white and circular in the ceiling). The vent starts automatically when steam is sensed and a booster button was also provided. The button was also clean and smart looking (aesthetics are important to me!). He did not leave any mess. Since the vent being fitted we have never had a problem with condensation and mold (this was a year and a half ago). I couldn't be more pleased. Grant is the sort of person you want to hire for work on your home. He is friendly, trustworthy, ever so knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his work. The service was reliable, punctual and the finish looks really good too. Thank you for doing a great job

I cannot recommend Iain and Envirovent highly enough. We had a major problem with condensation, wet interior walls and mould. We had spent thousands on double glazing and damp proofing and redecorating and the problem was just getting worse. I read an article about Envirovent and I contacted them immediately. Iain was incredibly helpful and professional. He worked out a solution for us whilst acknowledging we had a complex situation. We needed two extractor fans and two ventilation boxes but didn't want any ugly pipe work etc affecting the aesthetics of our home. The work was carried out to an extremely high standard with no dust or mess in less than half a day. All of our problems have been solved. It's like magic! The damp and mildew and condensation has all gone. I love the bathroom fan which runs constantly (quietly!) and increases extraction as necessary. I enjoy listening to it speed up when I shower! (Too much information?) The air quality in our home has improved and the ventilation system clearly works. It's not cheap but it's cheaper than constantly repairing the damage.

The whole process from start to finish was easy and stress free. I was suffering from discolored patches and mould in a downstairs bathroom and contacted Envirovent. Ian Mantrippe came out promptly identified the problem, recommended a filter-less fan and sent me a written quote by the end of the day. Installation was carried out by two young men who were friendly and neat workers. Ian made contact post installation to check that everything was OK and was very helpful in answering a supplementary question that I had. To date I am happy with my new fan and would gladly recommend Envirovent West London.

We had a bathroom fan fitted by Envirovent - they were extremely professional and helpful, scheduling their work around the plasterer and tiler which was great. The work was carried out quickly and the installation was very neat and tidy. The fan is amazing! When the humidity level rises in the bathroom after showering the fan kicks in and the bathroom is quickly clear and soon dries out completely. We would highly recommend Envirovent products and service!

I had a complaint from a tenant about damp problems in their property. After trying various potential remedies with no success, I contacted EnviroVent. James went to the property, did a survey & report F.O.C. I authorised James to fit his products which he did & now the damp problem has been resolved. A friendly, professional service with honest opinions & advice. The work was done efficiently with no mess. Tenants were very happy with the install team & delighted with the ongoing results. Since this, I have been back to James & had another unit fitted in another property which had similar problems. Same service & results.
