We had a positive ventilation unit and bathroom extractor fan fitted which we are very happy with. Service was great, team very knowledgeable, fitting didn't cause any disruption and all was left clean and tidy.

I have had my envirovent system for nearly a year it really works like a dream mould what mould. I have recentlyhad a problem with my electric company blameing the vent system for high consumption Julian was great came quickly checked all the system and found to be working perfectly I have now found the problem to be a faulty meter. The customer service first class the system first class thankyou so much.

We bought a flat last summer in Cardiff initially for our son to live in and didn’t realise there was any mould/condensation issues. As the Winter arrived so did the mould! The windows were waterlogged each morning and had to be wiped several times. Also the exterior walls were shiny and wet in places. The whole flat was airless and smelt musty. New furniture went green and even the underside of a new rug went black. We were recommended Envirovent by a neighbour who had ‘sweaty’ flats. So we decided go make an appointment. Ian came to the flat and recommended the Atmos to go in the kitchen for flats and apartments and a cyclone 7 fan for the bathroom. Last week Daniel came and fitted both fans. He was very tidy and efficient and explained everything about them and how to clean them. The next morning the windows were clear and dry and the humidity was dropping all the time. It’s early days and the proof will be next time I walk into the flat the musty smell will have disappeared I’m sure. I would highly recommend Envirovent to anyone with similar problems. They are friendly, professional and very efficient. They turned up on time and the quote was the final price. They have assured me if I have any issues the fans are guaranteed and they will rectify any problems should they arise.

Workman arrived on time and installation was carried out efficiently. He discovered the light fitting he was working beside had perished wiring so he rewired it after asking my permission to do so. I expected an extra charge for this but was pleased to hear that no extra was levied. As it was a summer installation, we will not really know how effective the loft vent it is until winter but the bathroom extractor clears the bathroom in record time. Very pleased with the service received.

I contacted Enviroment because I had a serious condensation problem in my bedrooms. Following a very professional survey a loft mounted solution was advised. The fitting of the unit was carried out professionally and with no mess at all. Within 24 hours of the unit being installed the condensation problem was removed, and to this day the bedrooms are condensation free. I would definitely recommend this company.

Had a bit of which i thought was condensation (Calogero) came the same day, on inspection of the flat he recommended to open the windows and to heat the flat more as the readings were good. answering all my question, I would recommend this company they were very professional with all the findings. The installation of our ventilation system was carried out on time with the minimum of disruption and everything was left clean with absolutely no mess. The initial survey was carried out in a friendly professional manner. I have been impressed with the service and system installed.

After trying to solve damp issues for over 3 years, including having vents fitted in all windows, re plastering and humidifier running 12hrs a day. Contacted Jamie who came out explained the system and gave a price, arranged to have fitted, fitter came and installed, no fuss as arranged. Next morning got up to no more condensation on windows and doors, within a week the ceilings and corners of rooms had dried up, no problems since installed, thanks James. only wished we had known earlier about the product.

I think like most people I am skeptical when companies tell you this that and the other. But in the case of the Envirovent team and product that skepticism was unfounded. Things were fitted in a very professional manner and all is working as we were told. I would certainly recommend EnviroVent to all.

We had problems with dampness, condensation, mould for some time and tried a number of remedies. We were given Envirovent as a possible problem solver. Without any hard sell from our initial enquiry we were shown a number of solutions to our problem, all within a reasonable price range. The work carried out by the Envirovent team was professional, with no mess. Highly recommend them as we saw results in a few days. The house is once again dry with no recurrence of previous problems.

I have no idea how the vents are fitted but all was explained to me on how they work and the 2 guys were really friendly and polite.
