We live in a 70s build single story timber frame bungalow with terrible insulation performance. As a result we suffered bad condensation with mould build-up in the bedrooms. Following a clear and honest product demonstration and consultation with Mr. Grant Amos we installed Mr. Venty Eco Loft unit in our house almost 12 months ago - and have not regretted it since. Within the first day of operation it cured all condensation issues and mould also disappeared. I strongly recommend to opt for the remote control. Pending temperature gradient you can up for lower the speed - without need to access the loft. For summer months do elect function to draw air from outside the property. Grant and his team have always been quick to respond to any queries post install and helped design deployment via loft hatch rather then ceiling. One issue with a PIV loft unit is that on occasion loft smell will be in your house. However, this appears to be getting better with time, and is small niggle in comparison to the great health benefits achieved

I was extremely happy with the work carried out by Iain. Having arrived on time he set about installing the fan in a neat and efficient manner. The work was neat and tidy. I would recommend the company.

Arrived on time and did an excellent and efficient job installing two fans with minimal fuss. Was a complicated process with a new duct needing to be drilled but left no mess and the fans are now working very well. Very pleased with the whole experience.

These guys were massively helpful from the 1st phonecall and gave me open and honest advice about the damp issue in my property - even suggesting I confirm independently there product was the right solution...which it was. All aspects of the visit, quotation, install and follow-up were superb so I'd highly recommend them to anyone else. The damp issues in my property have disappeared completely so happy all round

Grant at EnviroVent contacted me after an enquiry I made. I was getting bad mould & damp had to throw away a lot of shoes clothes bedding & two beds. Nothing seemed to do the trick; I had vents installed still nothing. After having the vent system installed I noticed a remarkable change in the air & no smell of damp & mould plus hardly any condensation on windows now. Also my sons asthma seemed to be improved. The installation was quick & the guy was very tidy. A bit expensive; but on hind site best money spent.

My Flat was damp and the bedroom walls dripped with condensation. The bathroom also had terrible condensation problems. In fact the whole flat had damp patches all over. Envirovent cured all my damp issues. The whole experience was first class. I would recommend them to anybody.

I recently had a Cyclone 7 fan installed, as I was having issues with condensation and mould. I had initially contacted Envirovent regarding getting a 'Mr Venty', PIV system installed, but Envirovent's surveyor, Iain, identified that the issue was from a poorly ventilated bathroom and suggested the significantly cheaper option of installing the Cyclone 7 fan, instead. Iain personally carried out the installation, running new ducting and changing the existing vents. Iain tested the installation, but was unhappy with the fans performance, so returned a few days later to move the fan to a new location in the bathroom and run new ducting. The result is excellent. The fan is extremely effective at clearing the steam from the shower and we now have a dry, condensation and mould free bathroom. Iain did an excellent job of installing the unit. He carried out the work quickly, didn't leave any mess and was very accommodating. Overall, I can highly recommend EnviroVent West London.

We were having problems in our ground floor flat with mould on the walls and the property feeling damp. We contacted Grant at EnviroVent Guildford who discussed the common problem of flats having no or little circulation. Even with the vents constantly open on all of our windows and windows being open when possible we were still having problems with condensation. We were recommended the 'Mr Venty ECO2 Wall' unit which was installed in our hallway. Since the installation it has such a difference to the air quality in our flat, we have had no mould on the walls or condensation on the windows. The fan on the unit is quiet and its cheap to run. I would highly recommend the product.

As a new landlord and following a periodic visit to my rented property, I was devastated to find the mould conditions that had accumulated in the 6 months since it had been rented, it was severe.
